From the minute we stepped onto the sales floor to the moment the mattress installers capably and quickly set up a new bed in a Senior living apartment, our experience with the Rested Pillow has been top notch. Not the least expensive option, but well worth it. So impressed with installers, Gabe and Miguel. Prompt, professional and kind. Thank you all for a job well done. Will be recommending your business to all. read more

Allison was amazing! She really knows her product and made the whole process stress-free. She guided me through everything and helped me select the perfect bed. The install team was fantastic too. It's a real gem having this business right here in town, and I love that the bed is manufactured in Michigan! The comfort is incredible, and the adjustable base is a game-changer. So glad I chose them! read more

Another five star review for absolutely top notch product and customer service. Bought a new Sunny Side Up (Queen plush) from them sight unseen over the phone after reading reviews and loving the idea of a quality mattress with interchangeable top layer. Jenifer was extremely helpful explaining the different mattresses and top layer options. Made my choice, had it shipped across the country, and after a few weeks decided I didn't like the feel of the top layer I'd chosen. Once again Jenifer came to the rescue, figured out what I needed and shipped me a replacement top layer (plush latex instead of plush polyfoam). Now I love my mattress and couldn't recommend this store more highly! read more

Rested Pillow does it again! We purchased our second mattress from RP and couldn't be more happy when their customer service, speed, and personal touch. Our latest bed was for our daughter who moved to a "big girl bed". Nick personally delivered the bed within 24 hours of our request for pricing. Amazing service. Our little girl was able to sleep in her bed the day it arrived and we didn't have to juggle storage or timing or things. Top notch. Happy toddler! My husband and I both travel a lot for work and can't wait to get home to our original RP mattress and get a great night's sleep. (Dont skimp on the pillows too, we love ours and they make all the difference!). Jen was amazing to work with, she stepped thru the entire process to find the right bed for us....such a laid back, go at your own pace (and price!) environment. I actually enjoyed mattress shopping!!! What???? You won't go wrong with this team, their attention to detail, focus on their customer and just all around inviting nature to a purchase was best in class. Keep it up Team Rested Pillow! read more

Love my new adjustable mattress!!! I haven't slept this well in years, and woke up w/o aches & pains for the first time that I can remember. Jenifer listened to what I needed, and she took me straight to the mattress that has been engineered to relieve stress on pressure points... WOW! I tried all the other types, but she was right the first time :) And I must also compliment the delivery guys for being so helpful & pleasant... an all-around EXCELLENT experience! Thanks, Jenifer & Delivery Guys read more

Rested Pillow Mattress - Love my new adjustable mattress!!! I haven't slept this well in years. Thanks, Jenifer :) - Mattresses Near Me - Saint Joseph, Michigan

Excellent customer service shout out to Jennifer and Nick! We bought 3 mattresses about 3 years ago. We added an adjustable frame a couple years later. Most recently we made a change to the legs on the frame. Rested Pillow not only was extremely helpful at the original sale 3 years ago, but has continued to support us multiple years later with answering questions about headboards, footboards, and other accessories to go with the mattresses. They care about their customers and long term commitment to service and the community. Thank you! read more

Wow! Working with Nick and buying my new Rested Pillow Mattress has been an exceptional experience. I have never had the level of quality customer service that I've had with Nick and his team. He was always available for questions or concerns, no matter what time of day I was asking. He was extremely thoughtful, and he answered all my concerns truthfully and thoroughly. I'm extremely pleased with the sleeping bear plush mattress and the gel pillow, and I hope that others will have the same great experience I had with Rested Pillow Mattress. Thanks again, Nick! read more

I highly recommend Rested Pillow for a new bed. Jennifer was fabulous in helping me find "my" bed for my back. Courteous, knowledgeable and definitely took an interest in my needs. There was absolutely no high sales talk. The business is very clean and everything you need to know about the beds, Jennifer can answer. Robert and Elijah delivered "my" new bed today and were also fantastic. Thank you to all the team at Rested Pillow. Run don't walk if you need a new bed or suffer from back pain. They are one in a million!!! read more

Just purchased our new mattress here today. Loved being able to lay on different mattresses and even a competitor mattress they have on hand. Prices are reasonable and affordable! I can't wait to get the mattress home to sleep on! Nick was super helpful and answered all of our questions. The fact it's made in Michigan is nice too. read more

There are a few things that I feel like are lacking in the world today. One of them is feeling like you're important as a customer to a business. I promise that you will never feel that way at Rested Pillow. From the moment we walked in the door, the service was top-notch. Nick is a great guy who is honest and informative without being the slightest bit pushy. You can tell that all he really cares about is the happiness and satisfaction of his customers. Our afternoon shopping experience was pretty awesome and we left feeling like we made a great decision! (I could have fallen asleep in the store, the mattress was sooo comfy!) A HUGE thank you to Nick and Jenifer- what a wonderful store you have! And, we love supporting local businesses (especially a stellar one like this) read more

If I could give them 10 stars, I would. The quality of offerings is unmatched, and I could not have been happier with the service and personal attention as well. I purchased a mattress, which has dramatically improved my sleep, and is far more comfortable than any I've purchased elsewhere in the past. I also highly recommend the pillows and checking out the bed sheets too. The sheets and pillows I got are the most comfortable ones I've ever had, hands down, to the point that I suggested all to my extended family, too. Highly recommend Rested Pillow! read more

Made our first purchase from Rested Pillow today and couldn't be happier. Jennifer listened to our needs, educated us on mattress construction and materials without overwhelming us, and helped us find the best value and fit. Even being limited to private appointments right now, they were responsive and helpful. Also love that we're supporting a local business who gives back to the community as well as investing in Michigan manufacturing. Highly recommend Rested Pillow for your next mattress purchase! read more

Hands down, best purchase experience. In an attempt to relieve my lower back pain, I went to The Rested Pillow to find a better mattress. Nick is the owner and the one that helped me. Instead of selling me a mattress he educated me on the products he carried so I could make a decision I'd be happy with. The store was clean and simple. After a couple of visits and a few hours laying on mattress I made my decision and scheduled delivery. The bed was made several days later (in Michigan) and delivered to my home in a 'roll pack' method which we found rather fascinating. I've slept on my new mattress for several months now and my wife and I love it and I can definitely tell a difference in my lower back. I believe this to be a business that will stand behind it's products with integrity and therefore would recommend this store to anyone looking for a new mattress. read more

I've had the gelled microfiber pillow for a week now and am actually liking it over a few of memory foam pillows I have. The stores layout is great. The signs above each bed depict its feel(firm or soft) making finding your type of mattress relatively easy. I personally own a Leesa mattress but after laying on a few of the beds in the store I found that Rested Pillow offers a similar style mattress for a similar price. If you're debating on a Leesa or Casper I'd highly recommend stopping in and checking out the mattress in the store before making a decision. read more

I can't say enough great things about Nick at Rested Pillow. Phenomenal customer service, great knowledge about the bedding industry... a true local business the way it should be. All of Nicks beds are high quality mattresses manufactured locally here in Michigan. Nick was patient and resourceful with me and my husbands needs when we were shopping for mattress. We struggled with understanding if we needed a foam or hybrid bed and also discussed customization options. Nick was able to articulate the difference so we could weigh out our options to make the stress of purchasing a new mattress easy. I highly recommend going to Nick over purchasing a bed blindly online. He'll put your mind at ease and make sure you'll get a good night's rest. read more
