Specializing in liquidation and overstock furniture from online retailers, Open Box Outlet is officially the only reason I came to the Orchards Mall for the first time in years. New product comes in daily according to their Facebook and everything comes assembled, ready to take home. Located in the previous location of Joanne Fabrics location, Open Box Outlet has a large layout where they display an overwhelming number of items. My husband is already excited to come back to check out more items. While the customer service could use a touch of work (greeting customers or at least having someone ask if you need help finding something), I blame the fact they just opened for that and I'm sure they'll get the right number of employees to remedy that. We will definitely be back soon. read more
