With a few hours to kill before our flight, my husband and I decided to check out ChainBridge Distillery. Before making our way over, we called the distillery to confirm they were dog friendly and were told they were. We arrived at the distillery on a Tuesday afternoon. Unsurprisingly, we were the only customers there. The bartender saw us with our dog and immediately offered to bring him a dog bowl for water, which we appreciated. Since we had time, we decided to go for the tasting and tour for $20/person. ChainBridge Distillery makes gin, brandy, rum, vodka, and specialty spirits. They have something for everybody. Coming in, I was expecting the tasting to consist of no more than 3-5 samples of spirits but was shocked when the bartender told us that we would be trying all of the spirits on the shelf. We ended up tasting a total of about 20 samples. I was not prepared for this much drinking! As I sampled each spirit, I could definitely appreciate the taste, the smoothness, the quality of ingredients, and all the efforts that went into making the spirits. ChainBridge Distillery wins a lot of awards for their spirits, and I can totally see why. To make their spirits, the owners use locally sourced produce. The flavors in their rotation could change depending on what the distillery wants to make. Flavors like beet and carrot are specialty because they're not always offered. One of our favorites was the basil vodka. It was sooooo fragrant and smooth. You can smell and taste so much basil in it. The gins were good, too. As for the rums and the brandies, these were too strong for me, but my husband really enjoyed them. I did, however, enjoy the sour cherry spiced rum and Williams Pear brandy, though. The beet and the carrot specialty spirits were cool. These specialty spirits actually taste like beets and carrots. I've never had a beet flavored spirit before and was surprised by how delicious it was. I had to buy a bottle to take home. After the tasting and tour ended, we stuck around for a little while and ordered a couple of cocktails since we still had time to kill. The whole time, we were the only ones there, and the bartender and her husband were extremely kind and hospitable to us. Before we left, we purchased 3 bottles to take home with us. The bartender offered us a discount if we bought 6 bottles. Unfortunately, we had to decline since we were about to exceed the weight limit for our checked luggage. If you're in the area, pay ChainBridge Distillery a visit. You're not going to be disappointed.

I had such a great experience here. I highly recommend the green diablo if you like a spicy drink. My sister and brother in-law went the day before and invited me for the next day. I will be bringing my friends here also.

Monika warmly welcomed us to the bar area and provided excellent drinks and service. She lit up w excitement when I mentioned that I enjoy "Slivo" (slivovitz). ChainBridge makes versions of the plum brandy. Tasty... with a punch! The cozy tasting room atmosphere is a must-stop for those who enjoy craft drinks.

I bought a Groupon for a tour of the facility, and made a reservation to go on the tour on Thursday. I came a little after 12 and was the only one. The bartender (who was the owner with her husband) greeted me and honored my Groupon. She provided various samples of spirits like gin, vodka, and rum with various flavors. Each one was very unique and delicious. I really loved the ginger vodka, which had a strong ginger flavor. All the fruits and spices tasted natural and high quality. While each sample was just a small shot plastic cup, there were plenty to sample and I was in happy land after the first five. I think I sampled at least 15 total. After the sampling, the bartender was very nice to give me a quick tour of the facility in the back and show the tools they use to make the spirits. After the tour, I enjoyed an apple flavor old fashion (13 dollars), which was smoked as well for free. It was a strong and sweet drink with the perfect amount of apple flavoring. I had great attention from the bartender and she made sure I had a great time. The area is a bit small, but there were lots of cozy spots to chillax and enjoy the drinks. You can buy the spirits and other stuff inside, but I didn't check the price exactly. There was ample parking at the facility. The bartender was also very nice to let me stay inside for a while and relax so I can sober up safely. The bathrooms were very clean as well. For the Groupon price of 13 dollars, I felt it was a great value with the amount of samples given. Even for the regular price of 20 dollars would still be worth it just for the strong samples. I will definitely visit again just to enjoy the wonderful cocktails over there.

This is amazing distillery and bar. My wife and I joined some friends who raved about the atmosphere, staff and amazing beverages. First and foremost, the owner who is the bartender is an absolute artist when it comes to making the drinks. Truly have to say every drink we tried was the best version of that particular beverage. We tried the double ginger Mull, S'mores, winter, cranberry gin fizz, fig thyme and honey, Coquito. WOW WOW WOW. Everything they prepared is a work of art. They done have food, but you can bring in whatever you want to eat. This is definitely a great spot for couples, friends, family or groups

My friends and I had a little holiday gathering here on Thursday night. They stayed open an extra hour for us. They make all of their brandies, rums ,Etc I tasted two of their brandies which were quite strong. They have a wonderful list of all different cocktail drinks. So many yummy concoctions it was hard to decide. I had a cocktail made with their cherry brandy that I loved. The straw was covered with a spiced piece of tamarind that I enjoyed eating. Their cocktails are $11-$14, a little pricey. Great atmosphere, couches and chairs to sit on. Cool place!

Family owned and run...best drinks around!

My husband and I visited recently using a groupon we found online. It was for a tour and tasting. We were greeted by Agnes and instantly found her to be delightful. She was very knowledgeable and answered all of our questions. We were impressed with how clean the distillery was and enjoyed all of their spirits. Our tasting was fantastic...tried everything they made. Bought a few bottles to bring home and then came back the next with my sister to enjoy their creative cocktails. Highly recommend!!

I love this spot in Oakland Park. The drinks are unbelievable. The space is really inviting and the owners are so nice. Definitely go here for delicious cocktails. They have some amazing gin that they produce

This is such a nice place, like a hidden gem that deserves to be discovered by everyone. It is family owned and we were lucky enough to our tasting and tour by the mother and daughter. The spirits are all done on premises start to finish. Just by talking to the two, you can sense the pride they have for their spirits. If you like beets you will love the Beet spirit. Great place definitely worth the time. SUPPORT local family owned businesses.

Located in Oakland Park, FL, Chain Bridge Distillery (most likely named after the famous 19th-century suspension bridge in Budapest) is family-owned and operated by Hungarian native Bela Nahori and specializes in the fruited spirit Pálinka; which has roots in Hungary and originated in the Middle Ages. The distillery itself is beautiful! A combination of rustic and industrial chic that is simultaneously both cozy and open. You can do a tour of backend to see how these amazing spirits are handmade and handcrafted! Each bottle is literally a #laboroflove when you hear how everything is done by hand, from the peeling of the fruit to the bottle labeling! They have a full cocktail menu and bottles to-go, along with bitters and various other #accouterments. If you love handcrafted spirits true to their origins, then this place is a must-visit, whether your a local, tourist, or just passing through! For $10 you can do a spirits-tasting flight of four pours from any of their distilled offerings. I did the following flight: Florida Ginger Vodka-this was amazing, and if you like ginger, can be sipped on its own; otherwise great in a Mule Natural Banana Brandy-Made from bananas, this is a one-of-a kind spirit and perfect combined w/a chocolate liqueur Florida Barrel-Aged Gin-Absolutely fantastic and gorgeously herbacious! Can have on the rocks or in a gin-based cocktail Florida Barrel-Aged Rum-Exquisitely delicious and well-balanced between the sweetness and proof; definitely a stand-alone sipper, but can be made into a perfect rum-based old-fashioned

Book it. Do it. I planned a girls day around Groupon & touristy things even tho we are natives. This was our first stop and wow. Over 10 different shots from vodka - tequila- rum- gin- whiskey - fruits vegetables just everything and we couldn't keep up. The tour was very informative & I purchased a bottle for my bar cart. I def recommend bringing some snacks with you. We purchased waters on site because we are lightweights , apparently. The staff is awesome, they create their own recipes which takes time, 14 months to master a recipe , it such a tedious job and the outcome is amazing. Other tour groups were on site & had a great time as well. Whenever I get the urge to purchase more liquor, I'm buying local at Chainbridge Distillery.

Quaint, intimate, family owned distillery in Fort Lauderdale. Good spirits, great cocktails, and a cozy atmosphere. We did a group tasting and were able to try all of their spirits. The vodka, specifically the ginger and basil vodkas, had a ton of flavor, they were my favorite. The gin was pretty good. I wasn't the biggest fan of the brandy, just not my taste. Also, the rum was good but could have used a little more aging. My favorite part was the smashing pumpkin mule, it was fall in a cup. Everyone thoroughly enjoyed the festive cocktails. The tour was also very informative. Good spot for an intimate night with friends. A side note, they close at 8 on the weekend, so prepare to go earlier in the day.

Chainbridge Distillery has a solid 5 Star rating for a reason, they are a solid 5 Star establishment! We've traveled across the entire country and have yet to meet such friendly, welcoming and genuine owners! We arrived as Harvest Host members just after closing due to traffic and were still greeted with open arms from the lovely owners! We were treated to a tasting of their creative and unique spirits and left with our arms full! The Green Walnut Liqueur was impressive and I've thoroughly enjoyed sipping every drop! The interior is decorated very homey and inviting and it's the cleanest parking lot we've ever stayed in! We'll definitely be back to visit and refill our cabinet!
