It's near the Brick steakhouse which I will be reviewing tonite on my third visit. In the morning it's a chill vibe cause the adjacent restaurants are mostly closed but later in the day you will enjoy a more lively atmosphere due to bustling people in the nearby restaurants and bars.

They are located on the corner of Calle Maestraza and Calle Jose Maria Morelos. I was not sure about El Arte as we were sitting in the window as were three other tables as well as the whole restaurant is visible and there is a lot of foot traffic.
