I enjoyed my experience at Chai. The service was prompt and friendly. The ambiance was bright and inviting. The food was tasty and they provide a generous selection of breads and pastries.

Drink Recommendation: any drink! The Chai frappe was 5/5 Food recommendation: molletes Customer service: 5/5 This restaurant is conveniently located in the heart of the historical Centre. The decor is quirky and vibrant and the customer service was 5/5. We informed the waitress that we needed to leave within 30 minutes--so the food was served to us within minutes! Chilaquiles with green sauce: 2.5/5 (I think they added lime, so that threw me off) Mole: 4/5 (very flavorful) Molletes: 5/5 (so simple, but packs a punch)

Very good service, clean and friendly. It's in a nice area where there's a lot of business. The options are large.

Are you in Guadalajara Centro Historico? If so, you must try Chai. Their pizza, pasta, and sandwiches are delicious. Also, check out their appetizers- this is where I first tried potato chips with chamoin and spicy gummy bears. Yummy! Chai is also known for their coffees and teas - also good! Trust me, you won't be disappointed. The place is clean. The staff is friendly. They are always busy, but I had never had to wait to be seated. When they are extremely busy, be ready to wait for your drink to be served.

Good food, staff was friendly and the food was hot I would come back to eat here. Not to far from the holiday inn and a corner restaurant. Good spot to eat.

Large latte and bread basket

Very cute corner cafe! Ate breakfast here. Our server was very friendly! Ordered a large latte and was delicious! They bring out a bread/pastry basket! May go back just for the basket!! We shared the big boy breakfast which had a bit of everything (hot cake, egg, chilaquiles, beans, fruit and carne). Very good! We also ordered the pork belly toast which was different but also very good. Would like to have gone back again but didn't have time. Highly recommend!

We were looking for a more American breakfast, the hotel concierge recommended this place. They seated us quickly and service has good. The food was flavorful and tasty however I still didn't get the "traditional American" breakfast I was looking for. Their staple is retried beans; as tasty as they were I miss my eggs and potatoes. I would recommend this place though. Oh and the bread basket is a great little touch, no need for dessert.

Breakfast is absolutely delicious from the simple pancakes, the Big Boy and the omelette española. Smoothies are refreshing and a great paring with breakfast. Our waiter was the best, gracias Marco

Whenever I go on business trips to Mexico this is my go to place when I want to eat somewhere close to my hotel AND has wifi. Yes It is a franchise and does not have "authentic" food but if you want to play it safe, this is a good choice. Salads are good and so are wraps. Micheladas are not so great but smoothies are! I've ordered the appletini and it was so strong I couldn't drink it. From what I noticed, when they're really busy the quality of food and service suffers. Sometimes it takes several times to finally get our bill. I don't mind this is if I want to sit and talk to someone for 2 hours but when I want to be in and out I do mind.

Its a Paninis Condesa with Chipotle bread. Its really delicious...

I was walking around the are. When i discoverd this cuzy place. Good customer service. I order a Paninis Condesa with french fries.. taste so good. If you have a chance to visit this place go. A+++

I got a sandwich and fries for a great price. Excellent service and they give you a bunch of sauces you can add to your meal.

My first morning there I started off with a Machiatto, a double espresso with frothed milk which is my usual order at the coffeehouses in New York. My wife kicked off the day with one of her favorites, a latte grande. The richness of the flavor without a hint of bitterness blew us away. We'd never tasted coffee like this in New York, or in Seattle for that matter. The owner of Crema di Espresso was the barista that morning, and I started up a conversation with him about Mexican coffee. I learned that it ranks among the finest coffees in the world, better than coffee from Columbia, Brazil, or even Jamaica that produces the renowned Jamaica Blue Mountain. The coffee served at Crema di Espresso is hand sourced by the owner, and roasted by him in a medium dark Italian style. Like a vintage wine, appreciation is in the eye of the beholder. If you live in Guadalajara or are visiting there, the coffee at Crema di Espresso will open your eyes to the pleasure of premium Mexican coffee superbly roasted without the bitterness that you'd expect to find in a coffee with such exceptional full-bodied flavor.
