Their…read morefood is good quality, they are consistent with making delicious dishes so much so that you can count on it even if it's the tenth time you're ordering, and their quantity is great for the price. Try out their Butter Chicken, Chicken Tikka, or even vegetarian options, or even Thalis. Everything is just as good. I am their returning customer, quite loyal, I would say. The staff is polite, the chef sometimes comes out to man the counter on rare occasions and greets you if you are picking up your take-out, the seating area is small and not very fancy. But that's the way I prefer it. Call me old school, but a restaurant, in my opinion needs to serve great food, and the staff needs to pleasant. Everything else can be low key. Clean, but low key.

My partner got the non-veg thali which comes with one veg curry and two meat curries so he got the chicken curry, lamb curry, and shahi paneer. Both thali came with veg, naan, rice, raita, onion, and gulab jamun. They gave us a generous about of naan which was nice. I loved all the curries but felt they weren't as flavourful as other restaurants I had in the past - but still very good. We actually had the takeout at a nearby park and there was no cutlery or napkins included so we had to make make-shift cutlery from the aluminum foil that was used to house the naan. Service was nice. Would love it if they had a thali option to dine-in instead of just take-away.

When placed an order, the server asked if we wanted all food together or as they are prepared. Our request was everything together. First came the Kulcha, five minutes later then paneer, five minutes channa samosa and so on. If weren't asked, we wouldn't have been upset. The Channa Samosa, Paneer, Kulcha and Saag is worthy of the price charged and quantity is too less in our opinion. The quality is the food is perhaps a bit different but other restaurants have similar quality as well. The prices are close to double of what we pay in a full service restaurant as well. The Chole and Saag was under on flavour for a Punjabi restaurant. Very mild and under seasoned. The quantity of Chole and Saag served with Kulcha and Makkai Roti was so less as well.

I guess now is the perfect time to review this place. First visit : We ordered Veg korma and Paratha. It was perfect because they took our order quickly and boom we get our order after 45mins but they promised it would be ready in 20. I still wanted to give this place another try since they were short staffed and service was not great. Second visit : We ordered Mysore Dosa, Mysore Masala dosa, Masala Dosa, Plain Dosa and Fish fry. I have to give it to them that the food was good and tasty. But what was familiar was the wait time. It took a long time to get our food. Third visit : We got everything above, as well as chicken curry, fish fry and this time we said we will come after 45mins. The owner said come after 1hr 30mins. I agreed but asked to make sure it will be done by then. Any guesses when did we got our food? 2 hours! This time they were fully staffed and had no reason for the wait. The owner said we make everything fresh. Does that justify 2 hours wait time? NO. I am giving them 3 star purely on food taste. Every time I ordered, the food was good, but the experience of ordering and waiting wasn't. Even people dining in were mad and some of them walked out. All I can suggest is to please make sure you guys have enough staff and if you are giving a certain time, abide by it.

Everything was clean, and the seating was comfortable. There were TVs at the front which depicted the menu, along with a physical menu which was given to us at the table. The food didn't take too long to come, which was good as we were hungry. The butter chicken was nice however, it was a bit too creamy for my liking. It also was a tad too spicy for what we were looking for. However, the rice and garlic naan was delicious; we gobbled it all up! Service was top-notch as well, with the server checking on us a few times during our stay.

Food was very average and priced high. Portion sizes were okay. not great value for money. The dishes were not true to taste. We ordered overpriced kulchas and parathas that were just okay. The fried rice , manchurian gravy and Hakka noodles were okay. The bhindi do pyazaa was nice. But hariyali paneer did not have any flavour and the kadai vegetable was not good. Veg noodle burger combo was edible only because of the fries . The milkshakes were good. We have so many good places around here this would not be something I ll come to. For 4 adults and three kids we paid 160 dollars for very average food and good service

My kids each ordered a large milkshake ($14.99 and it comes in a take home bear cup), hubby got cappuccino (expertly made in a fancy espresso machine), and we shared a large pistachio Dubai chocolate bar (made in house!) and an order of Zalabya drenched in strawberry and caramel, topped with Oreo bits. As I mentioned, the man taking our order was very patiently and friendly. He answered all my questions before we finally placed the order. I wasn't what zalabyas area and asked if it was like Mr. Puffs - he said that zalabyas are Egyptian sweets made with all natural ingredients and is better than Mr. Puffs - and I agree! The texture just seems better. Each order of Zalabya comes with 2 flavours and 1 topping. The milkshakes were flavourful - the mango milkshake actually tastes like mango and the KitKat milkshake tastes exactly like KitKat. I didn't watch him make it, but it definitely had real, quality ingredients in it. And on top of that, you get to keep the cute plastic bear cup! Lastly, the pistachio Dubai chocolate bar - I was expecting it to come prepackaged from a store, but I was told that it was made in house. The chocolate wasn't too sweet, it had that satisfying cracking sound when you break it apart, and the centre was so crunchy. Zalabya has so many sweets to choose from, we will definitely have to come back for more!

I went pretty late at night, right before they were closing, so it was a lot quieter than I expected. It was actually nice though, more chill and relaxed compared to how packed that plaza usually gets. Since it was near closing, the service was super quick. We were in and out in less than 5 minutes, which I appreciated. Everything was smooth and efficient, and the staff were nice even though it was the end of their shift. I tried the Dubai chocolate strawberries. They were really yummy overall, but definitely on the sweeter side. The chocolate itself tasted really good, rich and smooth, but the strawberries tasted slightly artificial to me, not as fresh as I expected. I was also expecting more of a pistachio flavour, but it wasn't super strong. One thing I will say is that the portion is a lot. After like 5 bites, I was already kind of done because of how sweet it was. It's definitely something I'd recommend sharing, especially if you're not huge on super sweet desserts. It can get overwhelming pretty fast. Price-wise, it was $10.99 for a cup. I think it's a bit cheaper than some other similar spots, but still kind of expensive for what you're getting. Not crazy overpriced, but not cheap either. Overall, I'd give it around a 7.5/10. It's a good treat if you're craving something sweet and a bit different, and I'd probably get it again, just definitely sharing it next time.
