It was around 3:30 and they made an exception and say they could see us even though they were going to close at 5. Let me tell you, they were so nice!! From the front staff to the back staff to the doctor, they were amazing! They got us in fast and orderly. They made the process so nice and easy. My husband has dental anxiety and they made him so comfortable. He was vibing with everyone, even in pain. Dr.Andrade is so nice and professional. He made both of us feel at ease and relaxed. My husband had to get his teeth extracted. My husband said he didn't feel a thing! Dr. Andrade made him feel so comfortable that he was surprised when it was all over. We didn't have dental insurance and the cost out of pocket for his extractions was super affordable. We got quoted more expensive at plenty of other places . Over the course of my life, and multiple relocations, I have used the services of 12-15 different dentists and staff. Most of the dentists were good and their staff were good enough. My previous dentist was the best, but he retired. I then began the search for someone just as good with a combination of skill and customer service. The process was neither easy nor quick. However, through the recommendation of a friend, I found Dr. Kayee Siu and couldn't be more pleased. She has an excellent staff beginning with her front desk staff, who are also cross-trained to do everything in the back. Dr. Siu, herself, couldn't be better. She is patient, kind, very thorough and her attention to detail, is the best I've seen. Since she is considerably younger than me, I should never have to search for another dentist.

What should have been a simple cavity filling turned into a frustrating series of visits. During…read morethe first appointment, Dr. Tapang did not use the standard blue bite-check paper and was unusually rough throughout the procedure. He also accidentally got filling material on a neighboring tooth, which caused them to stick together--this was corrected with a great deal of pressure and discomfort. When I expressed that the tooth still felt rough, my concern was brushed off. At the second visit, he finally used the bite-check paper but seemed rushed and dismissive. The tooth continued to hurt afterward. It wasn't until the third visit that he took an X-ray, adjusted the filling properly, and explained things more clearly. Still, instead of acknowledging the earlier issues, he implied that I might be overly sensitive. To make matters worse, the office rescheduled my routine cleaning five times--and my mother's appointments three times--with little apology or consideration for our time. I'm sharing this as a heads-up for others, especially those who are soft spoken or trusting, to advocate for themselves and seek care where they feel respected and heard.

Meanwhile I obtained a second opinion from another dental professional. No evidence of the procedure was detected. I moved my account and requested a refund. I received the refund less $61 credit card service fee. They had my prepayment for six month without performing any services and still charged card fee.
