The equipment was modern and effective, yet I wasn't inundated with X-rays to help pay for it all. The doctor and staff were cheerful and pleasant. I spend my days drinking several mugs of hot black tea, and I've grown accustomed to having tea stains. My past dentists would always make a big fuss about it and try to convince me to just drink hot water or try some other solution. Other times I would walk away with only a 50% reduction in the amount of stains. This time the hygienist said it was "no big deal ", and she removed every single stain in what seems to be the same time I usually spend in the chair. My teeth aren't the best, but they aren't the worst (never had a cavity, braces, gum disease or any problems)... I just don't floss near as much as I should. At every cleaning I always bled (which I had never done before), and I was always sore for 2-3 weeks after each cleaning (I had never been sore after a cleaning). They are rude and disparaging. I have never voluntarily let someone speak to me like this... I know I don't floss much, but the shame they attempted to inflect was nearly abuse. I would NEVER recommend these people, and after 2 years, I have an idea of what I'm talking about.

Looking for a dentist closer to home and wife had a good experience so thought I'd try them. Dr…read morewas nice, seemed competent, but recommended replacing four of my crowns even though I had no complaints. She convinced me they were temporaries and should have been changed years ago. I agreed, set the appointment, and had the work done. I've been miserable ever since. I called the office to tell them I was having problems and they kept telling me "they're new, give it a couple weeks". Called back every two weeks with same response. Finally got in to see her and she told me "this can happen" and tried to sell me a $300 mouth guard to wear for the rest of my life. DO NOT GO TO THIS DOCTOR!!!!
