No matter when we stop by, they always do a great job with presenting the plates well. The husband had the nachos and I had the carne guisada plate, Everything was fresh and they are always friendly. I would definitely recommend.

It's supposed to be shredded chicken puffy tacos But wait...where's the chicken?

It's a big thumbs down for me We had to wait a while to be seated Even though we were the only ones waiting Once seated our seats were dirty I ordered shredded chicken puffy tacos The chicken was missing from my tacos It was so cold inside the restaurant that I had to wear my hoodie the whole time I will not be returning to this restaurant again

Authentico Quesadilla Taco with Steakhouse Beef

One of my favorite tacos for a reason! It was first time at this location and they did not disappoint! The speaker at the drive thru was messed up so my order was miscommunicated but they double checked with me at the window and were quick to fix it. My order, the Authentico Quesadilla Taco with Steakhouse Beef, came out shortly after. It was absolutely stuffed full of deliciousness, piping hot, and incredibly fresh. The Steakhouse Beef wasn't too fatty either which made it all the more enjoyable. Give this Chacho's a try if you're nearby!

Erie vibe the cashier wasn't welcoming at all. The queso is sweet and for 1/4 cup it should not cost $4.50. Waste of money. My chips were very stale.

So cold could not even melt the cheese!

Got here at 700pm and just got my food at 846pm. They cannot even clean up. The tortillas machine was broken the margarita machine is broken. The chick serving the food was rude and gave me a choice "we do not have puffy tacos either gorditas or get a refund. Then they gave us the order wrong...what a freaking crap show. Do not eat inside of the crappy place. I had to clean off my own place then my food came out after a 1 and 45 minutes and it was cold even the cheese would not melt. See photos and you have been warned..use the drive thur...this place fucking sucks....they are literally telling people they are going to heb to buy tortillas. Shit show!

Tortilla soup was fair in taste.

Beautiful restaurant. Service is very good. Had ceviche, tuna al pastor, and the corn cakes. The…read morescallop ceviche was a bit bland but I like the crunchiness of the green apple. I didn't need extra fat from avocado after the corn cakes since it doesn't add much flavor to the dish. The corn cakes are good and I will order again but not as good as some other cornbread. It came with 2 cakes. One was undercooked and one has a crispy crust. The undercooked one was my favorite. It is more moist with soft in the middle. Tuna Al Pastor has a kick but nothing special. Tres Leches was beautiful. 4/5. I like the fresh fruits to cut down the sweetness. The cake was a bit in the dense side. The icing on top was thick. I wish it was a fluffy whip cream to cut down from all the sweetness. Overall it's still a better tres leches than other places in the area.

I uploaded the pictures of these restaurant last year but somehow didn't write a review. Wow …read more. So where do I begin. I still remember how tasteful everything was. It was probably our most favorite place that we ate while in San Antonio. The ambiance was great, beautifully decorated restaurant with great service. The cocktails were delicious so we had a few. The food was flavorful and unique. We had a wonderful dinner with my family at Carriqui.

The chorizo and ranchero sauce really made it stand out. The Mexican street corn on the side might have been even better. That stuff is seriously addicting like crack. I could have eaten a bowl of it by itself. Definitely a place I'd come back to.

Now listen I enjoy a good mood, but this setting went a little past moody. It was DARK dark. They could definitely bump those lights up about two settings and still keep all the ambiance. lol Thankfully, the food and service needed no adjustments. Our waiter Stephen was really nice, attentive and quick throughout our visit. Thanks for taking good care of our table! We tried the paella and steak fajitas, and everything came out nice and hot. Both were enjoyable, but we also need to talk about those spicy mango and watermelon margaritas because the drinks definitely DELIVERED. Flavor was there, and so was the pour. Overall, we had a good experience. Nice River Walk location, hot and tasty food, great drinks and friendly service. Just turn those lights up enough for me to admire the meal before I eat it.
