The tea itself was fine, but no pieces of real fruit, so I think it's just syrup. And tapioca were chewy but some balls stuck together in clumps. It was also really difficult to pierce the plastic sealed lid with the paper straw. I kind of made a mess, lol. The decor is beautiful. They have an outdoor seating area towards the back.
