Matcha taste goes from Lv 1 to Lv 8, the most bitter. Matcha Lv 4 was on the more bitter side but something I liked at first bite, so that's what I got. If I could go back, I think I'd get Lv 3. There's only one flavor for the Hojicha (Roasted Green Tea) scoop, which was comparable or somewhere in the middle of Lv 3 and 4. I think I'd go back to try the soft serve or parfait.

Clean, cooling, and subtly fragrant, it worked beautifully in the drink.
