I think they charged to move furniture, and they left our carpet very wet. I chose Apollo from yelp.com because of the positive reviews. The two cleaners that came this weekend were professional, really nice. They were scheduled 8-12PM for Saturday, but I got a call 30 min earlier and they came right over.They were here at least 2-1/2 hours did a fantastic job, got ALOT of the water up so it wasn't soaked, and they moved the furniture back for FREE!! Would definitely use Apollo next time, its a great service.

I procrastinated a little too long before hosting a graduation party and had no luck even getting a quote two weeks before the event. Scott and his crew were not only able to fit us in but did such a great job. We have lots of landscaping and flowers surrounding our house and the crew took such great care to protect all of it. They even moved pots out of the immediate area and replaced them, I wouldn't have even noticed if I hadn't caught it on my doorbell camera. I asked them to include the chimney since it needed some attention, it looks better than it did when I moved in 15 years ago. I included a before and after photo of the dark stains that were washed away so you can see for yourself. What really put this company over the top is they treated a sun shade that had moss and mildew and it looks like new. My house always has green due to the plants and overhanging trees, not anymore! Many of my guests noted how great the exterior looked and a few asked if I had recently painted. This was so affordable. Stellar job!

I highly recommend the gutter whitening...really added to the over all finished look of the house. I was blown away that the owner of the company is actually the guy who cleaned the siding! He said he likes to treat every house like his own and I can now see that. Sam and Ian were great as well. They spent extra time making sure the windows were perfect and before they left, they made sure to ask if there was anything they could go back over or touch up before they left. Only reason they are getting five stars is because I could not give them six! I highly recommend K&T and will certainly remember them whenever I or anyone I know is in need of great, honest work.

I have used K&T Windows for 10 years and have always been extremely pleased with the their window…read morecleaning. This time the window cleaning was subpar. During cleaning I had to continually point out to the workers where they had missed dirt on the windows. I believed my windows were clean but when the sun moved to the other side of the house I noticed more streaks and unclean windows. (See pictures) I emailed K&T with photos. They did not address the unclean windows and told me I had inspected work and signed the customer satisfaction form. I asked to have the dirty windows recleaned but never heard back.
