Cannot say enough good things! I've done it all, hopped around to all kinds of gyms and always end…read moreup back here. Even when I was no longer a member, I would do drop-in workouts. They could never get rid of me. If you want the best full-body workouts, you have to give it a try. You do movements that you won't do working out solo. The workouts are so creative. I had switched to Lifetime at the beginning of 2021 because of the childcare center. I am already back to F45. No classes compare. You get a personal trainer d/t the smaller class sizes, hands- on corrections and modifications when needed. The owners are truly gems. I find myself talking in their awesome accents when I get back home They care about their clients' feedback and take it into consideration. Special shout-out to trainer Julie - she better never leave. So, if you want to get in a great workout, be surrounded by a personable and fun gym community and leave talking in an English accent, look no further.

Not only are the workouts incredibly effective but the owners and instructors are great too. The community that the owners, Tonia and Martyn, have fostered in this gym is like nothing you will find anywhere else. Tonia and Martyn are two of the kindest people who truly care about you, in addition to your health goals and well being. I have worked out at many gyms over the years but none will ever compare to this.

PROS: The staff! Really their best asset is their friendly…read morestaff members who get to know you. This includes wonderful trainers who can take you from zero to hero as far as someone who NEVER works out, to someone who can develop a fitness routine. Programs: Lots of great programs like Tennis-In-No-Time, swim lessons for kids, and as I said before, great trainers you can book to achieve your personal goals. Tons of equipment to choose from in a bright, open space. Some regulars you can get to know and learn techniques from. CONS: Pool area feels too "open". Don't need peep windows all around the pool. I felt weird swimming in there so I never did. Close it off. Management change up/corporate vibe. Don't let you even hold your account for a month now (even though they used to). It's a pricey, luxury gym with clients that pay more to get more so making people jump through tons of hoops to hold a month for travel, work, etc doesn't gel with that vibe. If you give a months notice this should allow plenty of time to adjust staffing. You have to pay extra for a lot of stuff, so in order to use a lot of what really makes a gym like this worth the extra $ in the first place, you have pay EVEN MORE. Otherwise you are mostly utilizing equipment, classes, and such that you can get at other gyms for way less.

The Shot of The Week class on Saturday afternoon is fun and will cost $30 My problem is with the sales staff. The sales woman I dealt with was not professional. When I questioned price, I was a picker who did not belong. The hot high school prospect she had all night for. Guess what; I was an easier sale on the spot. From the neighborhood and would have used the club. Nice club - but Bougie.

Signed a 6mo contract @ $299/mo. for the strength program. Went every week as recommended…read more Results were non-existent for me. 1-8-2024. Weight: 264.5. Skel Muscle Mass: 93.5. BMI: 35.8. Body fat: 37.5%. 7-8-2024. Weight: 266. Skel Muscle Mass: 93. BMI: 36. Body fat: 38%. I communicated the following issues. -When you sign up for 6 months they still treat you as if your on a 28 day cycle. That means you cannot pre-book appointments beyond 4 per month through the app. There's a dark area where you essentially have no credits. Your card has to be billed for the next month before you can book. This means that your trainer and/or time slot will be filled by someone else causing you pivot from your routine. You can call & ask them to book for you in that 1 week of dead app but often your trainer/time slot is not available. Incredibly frustrating. -They pushed a program whereas their fees would be covered by your FSA or HSA. You pay for a letter of medical necessity from a 3rd party company (Truemed) that is sent to your provider. However my provider denied the claim because their invoices don't match the language in the letter & all dates are Jan 8th (my contract sign date) instead of putting the date of service. They won't modify their invoices so the money spent with Truemed is wasted because Body 20 won't put the proper information on their invoices. -I informed them @ the end of month 4 my intent to cancel early. They would not let me out of my 6mo commitment. Crappy but I signed on for that so it is what it is. However on July 1st (end of my contract) they gave me the cancellation papers. I was charged an additional month on July 8 in the amount $299.00. They told me cancelation takes 1 mon to process & refuse to refund my money but I was welcome to train in July. -Forget Body20. Over the course of 24 sessions there was no physiological change; lack of ability to keep the same trainer and or time slot; lack of honesty regarding cancellation & no desire to do what's right regarding overcharging; lack of understanding & willingness to work with their clients regarding FSA/HSA benefits in a program they push.
