We had a good experience , thé food was good , thé service by Yamileth thé Best ever , thé ambiance was chill, the only negative thing about this place is that inside was really hot, the A/C doesn't work properly. We had a causa with tuna and it was a little yo sweet, we had the conchitas a la permesana and they were delicious, we had the octopus and it was perfection, we had the mahi mahi and was amazing , we had the lomo saltado with risotto and it was fabulous, we had the leche de Tigre and was really good , we had a fish ceviche and was refreshing. After a beach day in Biscayne Bay we stopped by here for HH. The drinks were great and the ceviche is fresh & delicious! Happy Hour is only for drinks not food, there's a lot of cocktail choices for a great HH deal! Servers here are nice & welcoming. First time trying Cancha corn and we couldn't stop eating it. The fish and calamari in the ceviche were fresh and great to munch on while enjoying HH cocktails. First time trying Causa a fluffy, potato cake filled with green pepper, avocado and shrimp. On our visit to this restaurant, the experience was exceptional! From our server, Anielka, to the delicious food, I don't understand why it is not a solid 5-stars! My hubby and I ordered two glasses of wine, the tuna ceviche, the lomo salteado with risotto (which we shared) and their special Peruvian Dessert paired with strong coffee. It was wildly delicious. Nice place and are able to eat outside. Not very busy so wait for ceviche wasn't that long. I had the mango tropical ceviche would I did like but I don't know why I keep ordering plates with mango. I don't necessarily like sweet food unless it's specially to be viewed as something small or desert. But the word mango triggers a weakness in me I suppose. I was good but looking back I'd go with the regular fish ceviche. But that person taste. Two things I don't like. It was only 2 of us plus an infant and gratuity was already included... seeing a lot of that here in Florida. The server seemed like he didn't want to be there, which he has right to but at least show us some good service as out patronage is helping you have the job that that establishment. Fabulous! Fresh, unique and delicious menu. I dined in for the first time this Saturday night and we had a wonderful meal. I can't say enough about how fresh their seafood is here. One of their best dishes is their pulpo al olivo which is sliced octopus with black olive sauce, olive oil, capers, garlic and red pepper. This dish is to die for - you are going to want bread to soak up the left over sauce it's that good. We also loved their grilled octopus. They do not skimp on the portion size here, we had a decent amount of octopus meat here and it was sooo tender and delicious. I like their ceviche seafood sample because you get 3 different sauces and it's great for sharing. One thing that was not expected was their chocolate cake. The seafood pasta here is a bit pricy but worth it. They gave plenty of seafood and it was very fresh. I tried a bit of my mom's ceviche which was also really good. Their ceviche isn't very traditional, it doesn't come with typical ceviche ingredients / chips on the side. read more

NBD The service is so nice, welcoming, friendly, accommodating. I mean, thats just the best. The Burrata & Quinoa Salad was amazing & a GORGEOUS presentation! The Causa's left something to be desired. I asked for spicy and they definitely didn't spice me up the way I like it, but thats ok, I get it. I've had better Ceviche... I'm sorry!!!!!! We enjoyed our food here and our server was helpful and patient - she spoke Spanish and some English, and we had a limited Spanish, but becausr she she was patient, it was kind of fun to try to describe what the desserts options tasted like and google some words together. - Ceviche de pescado (raw fish marinated in citrus juices): yum! Tasted citrus-y and fresh, and I loved the corn, sweet potato, and crunchy seeds in it too. - Crab causa: (cold potato cake with crab): I had never had anything like this before and enjoyed it (but not as much as the ceviche). - Lucuma and chocolate cake: We hadn't heard of lucuma (a Peruvian fruit), so we decided to give this this a go. The lucuma layer was soft and almost flan-like in texture and didn't taste too strongly of anything, which contrasted with the texture of the chocolate cake underneath. I don't know that I would get it again, but I also wasn't sorry that we tried it. read more

Food was fine/mediocre, but overpriced for portion and quality--sour fish with choclos, not great fish quality or other ingredient. Plain for $14. And small. Service horrible. The man that worked there didn't let me sit on an outside table to eat the food I ordered to go as I waited for the rest of my party to leave. All because I ordered to go. He said I was taking up tables for other people ... nobody was there at all. Vacant all the tables outside. Also when he brought the machine to charge my card he sternly and rudely said I 'need to tip first' before putting my card in. Again, he didn't do anything except take my order but he is demanding a tip, which I did in fact give. Sadly that was before I realized how awful he was when he kicked me off the premise with my to-go order. read more

This was a very pleasant surprise. Stopped here after a walk with my brothers. Thinking we would only have selections of ceviches, it was wonderful to see the variety of other items on the menu. As I was not that hungry I opted for a small traditional Peruvian Causa which is a potato layered dish , like a mashed potatoes terrine . This one was layered with tuna, avocado and lettuce and topped with pretty green shoots. The taste was smooth almost melted in my mouth. All the flavors blended in perfect balance and not any flavor overpowered the other. A gentle mix, perfect. My brother ordered a dish with fish and octopus and a glass of Cabernet. He also sang its praises. The pricing was reasonable and the service pleasant. This is a very welcoming place with outdoor and inside seating. I am looking forward to a return visit to further explore their menu. read more

I stopped by during the business hours they have listed on the door, and although there are people inside, they just waved "no". I was wearing a mask as they require. I don't know what's going on and it's horrible customer service to not even tell me, when I'm knocking on their door at 6:30pm, why they're not taking calls or opening the door. Do they now close on Mondays? Are they closing permanently? They didn't answer the phone on Saturday or Sunday either. Is the phone number listed incorrectly? Who knows. This is honestly the best ceviche I've ever had. I went in with a few friends for a quick bite - we sat on the patio, service was friendly and fast, and we were BLOWN away by the flavours. We got a sampler with ceviche made three ways: classic lime, yellow pepper sauce, and tropical (mango, pineapple, etc...). We loved all three but our favourite was the tropical. I love ceviche. We don't visit Florida often so we wanted really fresh ceviche and figured in key biscayne we would get something good. Well we loved this place. We had driven by it the night before and it was empty so I figured maybe something must be wrong with it. I'm sure glad I gave it another thought. This was unlike any ceviche I had had before. The owner, Pablo is from Peru and this is apparently very Peruvian style ceviche. My favorite was the causa and I would suggest the causaditas which are smaller versions. This is a ceviche with a bright yellow potato. It's hard to describe but trust me just get it. The best way to describe it is like a tuna tartare tower with avocado. What Iran us it comes prepared like that kind of in a cylindrical formation that just looks to pretty to eat. We also got the sampler which reminded my wife and I of one of our favorite dishes at sushi samba in Vegas. Sushi samba has a Peruvian influence too. Sushi samba has some tiraditos and the 3 sauces are orange, yellow and whitish and the sampler seemed to have the same marinades or sauces on each of its three dishes. One last thing is that Pablo, the owner is great with kids. We took our 3 all under 9 yrs old and he talked with them and even had a drawing/art contest fit a free dessert. You could tell he loved his restaurant and was passionate about Peru and the food. I'd totally Ho back here! read more

Came here for lunch on a Saturday and the food was better than most ceviche restaurants I've been to in Miami. While the establishment is small, it is clean, nice, and the service is excellent. There is seating outside, in front and ample parking. I had the ceviche mixto which consists of fish, octopus, shrimp, and squid in lime juice but it was available with two other sauces, Peruvian rocoto or ahi amarillo. It was a well-balanced taste. Nothing seemed too poignant, just right. The squid and octopus were perfect, not rubbery like some places. My mom had the ceviche botijero which was unique because an olive base, lime juice and olive oil dish that was different than anything I've had before, highly recommend. We shared a Chaufa aeropuerto fried rice dish that frankly is enough for three people, also very well prepared, perfect. Overall, if you're in that neck of the woods or simply wanna eat high quality Peruvian ceviche, come here. read more
