Living in a small town has its perks…read more This little boutique located in a cute corner is a gem. They carry some of the same brands you will find at Aritzia, but the main difference is the service. Because the business space is small, the girls are always around to help you. It's not like trying to wave a taxi in busy New York City. Again, because the store is quite small they only have 1 size of each size for a garment of clothing, which is good in the sense that only 3-4 other people will have the same article as you do. However, I wear pretty small sizes (24-25 for jeans and xs-s for tops) so it's pretty hard to find my sizes. However, they are willing to order a size for you, which is great! Another thing, is that the prices are a bit cheaper than what you see at Aritzia which makes my visa quite happy.

Such an adorable cafe in the neighbourhoods of Tsawassen! I visited because I wanted a Baggu bag…read moreand they are one of the only stores in Vancouver to sell them. I called ahead and the staff were super nice and put it on hold for me to pick up. They also had a 20% sale so it was perfect! The store itself was great as well. Everything looks very curated and there are definitely a lot of good finds there. I particularly liked their dresses so I will definitely have to go back sometime. They're a cafe so the shopping is extra fun because I ordered a latte to sip on while browsing.

I've been a loyal customer since shop opened many yrs ago. I will never return after my call with…read moretheir manager today. I spent $$$ yesterday at 3:13 p.m. When I got home I saw an Instagram post saying Spring 15% off until Mar. 3rd. No start date. I checked my bill + there was no discount, so I called the store + was passed to the Mgr. She said I must have "missed" the Inst post day before as she said there was a countdown clock + sale didn't start until today. So for the sake of less than a couple hrs I lost $34! I value + shop small local businesses BUT this business doesn't honour it's customers. So much for shop local....I will not be back. Their business practices are underhanded.

The girl at the counter let me know right away that they no longer carry that line so I wasn't disappointed. I perused the racks and quickly saw they didn't have what I was looking for. They did have a lot of other cute stuff worth looking at. I would come back in the future. Parking was plentiful out front and it was easy to find once in the plaza.

Store is pure crap…read more In the US, the Saks stores have awesome selection and has a lot variety and brands but for some reason these store in Canada thinks we are idiot and will buy anything. Target did the same thing they opened up in Canada and had crappy selection and high prices. This Saks he no selection, crappy brands names and some of the worst selection to choose from. It as though they shipped all the unsold crap to Canada the Americans won't buy and try to sell it up here. I think these American companies think Canadians are stupid and will buy anything. In NYC the Saks sells Hermes bags and Greer name brand stuff. In Canada they have no selection and looks like items from 3 years ago that no one in the Us will buy. Stop treating Canadian shopper like second hand shoppers.

Rude and unhelpful customer service. When I arrived at the store, there was still 10 minutes before…read morethey closed. The greeting I recieved was a cold and rushed "we're closing soon." Not off to a great start there, Saks. I then approached the nearest associate to help me find pants that fit me. I was then reminded for the second time that they were closing soon in the cold and rushed tone. After the associate helped me find some pants that might fit me, I was then hurriedly guided to the change rooms. While there, I found a pair of pants that I liked, so I asked the store manager if they could locate a bigger pair of those particular pants. She replied, "we're closed." Keep in mind this was at about 7:00:30 PM, 30 seconds after the official closing time on Sunday. A bit ridiculous, I'd say, to turn down a potential customer in such a rude and unhelpful manner. In the short 10 minutes I unwelcomedly stayed there, I was told "we are closing" about 4 times. Great job, Saks. Living up to your name

How did Richmond end up with such a great boutique like this?!…read more As I stepped into the store, I knew this was going to be good. A simple and clean blue and white scheme, a large open space, a couple of racks of clothing, a simple artsy armchair, and Kelsi Dagger shoes! Their careful selection of clothing reflects in the brands that they choose: Covet, Something Else, Gentle Fawn, Spiewalk, Designers Remix, and a couple of other newly discovered brands today. Lots of cute tops and dresses, jeans, as well as a good collection of jackets. Oh, did I mention that they also carry Kelsi Dagger shoes (Pour La Victoire's sister line). They have jewlery by Blee Inara, which were very unique pieces. They only have one change room though, so it could sometimes be a bit of a wait. So happy that I discovered this shop! (And it's right next to Rocanini!)

The store was neatly organized and displayed everything to it's fullest potential. I loved the wall of bags and the small collection of shoes they had. The racks of dresses, tops, pants and sweaters were all very pretty and trendy but were on a slightly more expensive side, than I'm used to but that's boutique shopping right? However, touching the clothes, it definitely had quality in every piece. I was very tempted to buy a high-wasted rose pink flowy skirt for $56 but I stopped the little shopping devil inside me. I loved the very dainty and unique jewelry that adorned the shop as well - there was a feel for antique, aztec and modern jewelry scattered around the room. A very cute addition to Steveston.
