However, the employee that I had to deal with to get a refund on a package that was delivered late was rude and dismissive. So rude that when I returned to the store to get proof that a claim was filed, he threw the paper on the counter, walked past me, and never spoke a word to me. Local management couldn't be bothered to respond when I filed a complaint. And the corporate response simply said that a claim was filed appropriately. No response to my detailed account of how I was treated.
