My friend had a terrible experience with Ironclad. Their communication skills are extremely poor…read more Information about his move-out date was never shared. This lead to the property management company charging for an additional month of rent, even though he had exited the unit. He was held responsible and charged for damage that the previous property management company caused. They seem more focused on landlords and they don't treat tenants fairly. I definitely wouldn't recommend them to tenants.

Since…read moreturning it over this May the ST rental experience with Jason and Ed has been nothing less than fantastic. Jason's knowledgeable and they both listened to us every step of the way. His right hand man Ed is the POC now and is super responsive and says "Please bother me it's my job". Preemptively brought a propane tank over for next renters. When something seemed off it was fixed the next day. I can finally relax and let them deal with the renters, cleaners, turnovers, etc. And just go to my property whenever my family and I want to. :) Thank you Jason and Ed!

The PMI customer portal is inaccurate, and more. Her supervisor, Jason Archer never responded to our requests to talk about her performance. PMI lost our customer checks and a client file and refused to sign a letter asking them to return the checks and file if found. I recommend that potential clients read the contract carefully as Sarah Hansen misinformed the BOD of it's actual legal cancellation policy. We were forced to pay 4 months of fees when we couldn't tolerate the poor service anymore. We will not do business with PMI again.

Lots of nice trees that look gorgeous in the fall. It's tucked back in the woods away from all the other condos, etc. in the area. It's also a very close drive to many great stores, and restaurants, and all the highways. Cons: A little pricey for the size of the apartments, they are small. Electric heat, which is very expensive in the winter. The laundry room was far from our apartment, we often drove there rather than walk 100 yrds. back and forth carrying baskets of laundry. Doing laundry there was also expensive, more than any other place I've seen. Someone also stole our laundry basket once, and someone also stole lots of nice clothes from my wife out of the dryer once.

He gave me a real estimate on the phone, not mumbo-jumbo like some of the services advertised in Val-Pak mailers. He called to confirm the service the day before, gave me an 11-1 time frame for the next day then called about 30 minutes before arriving and arrived a few minutes before 11! He and his work partner were friendly and explained everything they were doing. They kept me updated during the job and took before and after pictures. I am thrilled with the work and the customer service I received. I'll definitely use them again.

I lived in a two bedroom two bathroom unit for a year, and could not wait to get out. Although the…read morecondo itself was nice, it was as if I practically lived with me neighbors. The walls are so incredibly thin and the structure was clearly poorly built. I could hear my neighbors above me using the restroom, and to make it worse, if they didn't shut their alarm off in the morning, I would listen to the sounds of vibrations for hours. It was great to have the master bathroom in the master bedroom, however if either of my neighbors put their vent on, it sounded as if I had mine on.
