Incredibly Competent! Great Experience! Best Real Estate Agent!…read more My wife and I were first-time homebuyers. Evan Berman came highly recommended by a colleague of ours. Given current market conditions and uncertainty caused by the pandemic, we weren't sure what the home buying process would look like but thank goodness we had Evan on our side. We couldn't have asked for a better agent. He made the home buying process as smooth as possible with zero hiccups. Evan is very professional, knowledgeable, thorough and very responsive. He answered every single question we had, and then some. He is genuinely caring and always advocated with our best interest at heart. He has great connections with local home contractors, which have come in very handy, especially for first-time homebuyers like us. I highly recommend Evan and the Broder Group team to anyone looking to buy a house. I would definitely work with Evan again!

A lot of questions were asked and Evan never gave the impression that he was annoyed or sick of us (haha). Definitely would recommend if you're looking to buy or sell a home in the greater Hartford area!

They manage my condo complex in Newington, CT I feel their…read moreservice is inconsistent. They have fly by night folks making repairs in a very unprofessional manner. In 2019 my back steps area was worked on looked unworkmanlike. I had a leaking gutter repaired. The nails are all popping out. I even know screws should of been used. I was told by Diane it was fine. Two years later it's still leaking and I've waited all past spring and summer. They will give you every excuse in the book for delays and why a request wasn't repaired also give you false pretense as to when it will be repaired. Now I see why over 8 owners have sold in the past two years. Time to get out before the complex goes to shambles. Incredible!

Wesley guided us through the homebuying process and he exceeded our expectations, always responding quickly to texts/calls, and getting us in to see houses immediately. We appreciated how honest he was when we looked at houses - pointing out all the problems with houses we saw, giving fair estimates on what costs might be and he was not going to let us put offers on a house that he thought might give us buyer's remorse. It can be rare to find a realtor like this who isn't just trying to make a sale. It took 10 offers and we worked with him for months, but that never stopped his persistence and strong work ethic. We found our dream home and he was even able to negotiate some things for us throughout closing that are so rare in these crazy real estate times! Definitely have Wesley be your agent - we suggest him to everyone we know, and if we need a realtor again, he will be our go-to agent!
