[[HIGHLIGHT]]This is a great restaurant for their ability to accommodate large groups, have so much seating, music at the perfect volume, and TVs to keep you entertained if needed.[[ENDHIGHLIGHT]] All of that said, the food is a bit bland and seems slapped together last minute. Given I was there with a big group, the waitress was doing her best to get us everything we needed and on time. It just wasn't the best place to eat flavor wise.

Well Margarita is in their name! That's the star of the show and reason to come. The margarita are to die for and the perfect amount of alcohol. I personally am a fan of the Guava Margarita it's the perfect sweetness level and balance with with the tequila. I also tried the Strawberry marg but it was extremely sweet. The service was superb and fast. We never waiting for more than 5-6 minutes for anything and the place was crowded on National Margarita Day. The food took a a back seat to the margaritas but everything was edible and definitely will be back.

This place was highly recommended to me but I did not have a good time. The servers were quite rude and rushed us. [[HIGHLIGHT]]The food was wayyy overpriced for what you received and the style of the place.[[ENDHIGHLIGHT]]

Lime on the rocks, corazon, frozen lime

I've passed this place a million times and decided to try it out. I typically have an average expectation for a marg (i worked for chilis lol) and ordered the HH house lime on the rocks. Juan - the best bartender I've met in a restaurant lately- put me on to the frozen and he was RIGHT. Their flavored frozen margs are so creamy and showcase the flavor so well. Totally recommend the mango and the Corazon- the queso dip was good and Juan recommended the mini tacos for the next time. Their HH deals are great, short margs for $6 and half off apps. 11/10 recommend (but def come see Juan at the bar!!)

I came here to celebrate my birthday with friends and it was so fun!! Their margaritas are massive and there is no shortage of alcohol (you only need one!). I also tried my first birria tacos here and it started an obsession - so good. The staff and other fun guests made the experience great overall, they have a great birthday surprise as well. Only note that isn't clear/known: they have 90 minute table limits and it starts whenever the first person in your party sits down. So I would not go to your table unless your whole party is there. They did not seem busy enough to enforce a strict table limit like that but they didn't kick us out or anything so it's okay!

feels wrong to review Caesar's killer margaritas without trying a margarita - [[HIGHLIGHT]]to be honest, I came here for the outdoor seating and that absolutely provided everything I wanted. cute little tables along the street with views of that fancy new French restaurant and umbrellas[[ENDHIGHLIGHT]] - chips and salsa were free, freaking bless. but refills are not so be aware, my munchers - we split the birria quesadillas (which were tacos....) and enchilada suizas. The birria tacos were big boys loaded with cheese chicken and veggies. delicious especially when dunked in the consume, the meat itself didn't have much flavor without the consume. - the enchiladas had a light green salsa that paired well with the dense servings of chicken. they came out hot and were devoured. not much flavor under the cheese but they served their purpose - my dining companions got the chile rellanos and said they were pretty mediocre. the pepper didn't have much kick and the sauce was quite watery. - nice servers! good timing between plates. we were warned many times we could not stay for more than 90 mins which was strange as we hadn't sat down and it wasn't packed

Juan was the BEST server. Would shout it from the rooftops. He gave us the best recommendations. Try the mini burritos (to die for)! ALSO, make sure to get the frozen margs (they taste sooooo good, get mango) Juan was great and we will definitely be back and ask for him!

First off, parking is a nightmare around here. Basically, you sshould begin looking for parking about a block away. This is a busy area and it's even more busy on in weekend. We patornized on the weekend and found a park a block away. Now, apparently there is a waiting list, which we didn't know about because they told us the wait was about hour. I immediately replied, "for tacos"? The hostess looked at me, nodded and smiled, then relied "yes". We opted to wait. We were seated within 5 minutes, since we only had a party of 2. Bar seating was faster, but I noticed, many people had a party of 4 or more. There is no waiting area, so you are basically standing in the entrance off to the side. This was a problem for me, especially with a hour wait. Luckily, we were seated alto sooner. The restaurant is much larger than it looks from the outside. We were seated at a cozy table near the kitchen.......Since they were taughting an hour wait, I wasn't upset. It was tight but it was fine. The decor was average. Pinewood tables and semi booths.....Festive and functional. The Food: I had the chicken and steak fajitas with corn tortillas. The wife had a ground beef taco dinner. Both came with a side of rice and beans. Also, since they are known for their Margaritas, with wife ordered a frozen strawberry one.......I went in for a taste and I must say, it might be the best margarita i've every had. I was plesantly surprised byt the food. The fajitas were perfectly cooked and well seasoned. The corn totillas were steamed and began to tear apart so I asked for flour......Perfect......The portions were enough to share, which ultimate led to us getting to-go boxes. Conclusion: The food was good, similar to Uncle Julio's but better. The parking is a problem. I would consider trying to find parking via an app or looking a block or so away........Don't forget to get on the waiting list before you arrive, espically if you have a large party. This is the prefect place to have dinner and go for drinks. There are quite a few bars in walking distance. We would definitely return.

The place is a little small! Well smaller than I expected. So I would say come early if possible if you are coming on the weekend. They open up at 12pm. The washrooms are clean. Our waitress Jennifer was nice. Service was fast too but it was only my mom and I and another two people that were there. We got there when they opened. Walking in you could smell fresh tortillas. Yummm! We order Enchiladas with Mole Poblano steak for me and chicken for my mom. She said her chicken enchiladas was dry. My steak enchiladas were delicious! The quality of steak was good quality! Nice and tender. The rice and beans were good too. Our meal came with a tomato broth based thin spaghetti based soup. It was tasty! We also had guacamole and chips. I personally feel like they could add more lime and onion to it. I would order it again and just ask for more lime and onion. We both had Pina Coladas. They were STELLAR! Perfectly blended! Perfect balance of pineapple and coconut. Liquored up proper too! I like this place! I will be back!!!

    Welcome sign...only not super welcoming
    Amanda D.

Right upon entering the space, one is immediately greeted with "no". Signs both handwritten and electronic media stating all the things they "won't do". Will not seat parties more than 6, will not allow you to be here longer than 90 minutes, will not split checks, will not take your order if you are on the phone... I need to be clear here, most of the above are very normal levels of expectations when people go into restaurants. It's unfortunate that this restaurant needs to list the dos and don'ts of being a good customer. However, as a good customer (former server/bartender here) it just feels very off putting when walking into the space. Service was very slow. They seem very understaffed. Food was mediocre at best. Margaritas were great, though!

Strawberry Margarita, Guava Margarita, chips and queso, and chicken birria!
    Maggie W.

Went here last night with my boyfriend before a show at Laugh Factory and the margaritas truly were killer! Great flavors and not too sweet or too over the top boozy. Will 1,000% be back for the margaritas alone! We also split chips and queso and chicken birria. I wish they had white queso, but it was still very delicious. We sat at the bar and the bar tender was very nice and friendly, he took great care of us during our time there. [[HIGHLIGHT]]There were some incredibly loud parties of people when we happened to be there, but it was still a good atmosphere and an easy walk to our show after a solid dinner :)[[ENDHIGHLIGHT]]

Amazing margaritas. Tried mango and Guava both are pretty good, although I like Guava more! Came here for the Watermelon margarita in the watermelon shell but that's only summer special, might have to come back again! [[HIGHLIGHT]]Came on weekend and it's packed.[[ENDHIGHLIGHT]] [[HIGHLIGHT]]Ambiance is very nice and festive![[ENDHIGHLIGHT]]

Ole to Cesar's. Where else can you buy jumbo Margaritas and the regular Margarita is huge too? The food is delicious. The chicken fajitas are large and filled with flavor. The staff is friendly and attentive. The Margaritas are not fresh squeezed lime juice. They do use a sour mix, but for some reason, they're addictive. Maybe it's the massive size... come in, drink up, enjoy

Starting with margaritas (because obviously ‍), queso and chips that were dangerously good, and the chicken empanadas that came out perfectly crispy with so much flavor. We kept looking at each other after every bite like "okay wait... THIS is the best thing here" and then another plate would arrive and prove us wrong again The carnitas fried rice??? I genuinely cannot stop thinking about it. So savory, flavorful, comforting, and packed with crispy carnitas on top with the eggs and pickled onions... literally unreal. And then the skirt steak tacos absolutely stole the show. The steak was cooked perfectly, packed with flavor, and paired so perfectly with all the toppings and sauces. Every single bite tasted fresh and homemade in the best way possible. And can we talk about the ambience for a second because WOW. The music, the energy, the vibe inside, everyone celebrating, the drinks flowing -- it felt like the perfect Cinco de Mayo dinner spot. The service was also AMAZING from start to finish and made the entire experience even better. Both adults and the VERY picky children in our group all enjoyed our meals. I ordered the green chicken enchiladas and the other adult ordered a chile relleno combo, which I also got to try. Everything was delicious and devoured by all! We were so full but the owner talked us into the chocoflan, and we did not regret trying it. It was soooo good! Speaking of the owner, the service was great. We really enjoyed how he and the rest of the staff were very courteous. Appetizers were quac and chips, and shrimp ceviche. The guac was really good, but the ceviche was the star. Entrees were steak and shrimp for me, and Tampiquena for my friend. In both dishes, the steak was done to perfection. The sauce that came with my shrimp was spicy and deep--lots of flavor layers there. Both of us took home portions of our meals because there was a lot of food on the plates. Finally, the service--the servers are attentive without hovering. If we needed something, they were there, but never intrusive. It is hard to believe this is a little neighborhood spot, given the service and the quality of the food. It was not too busy tonight--we ate early--but I recommend reservations. Only real negatives were that they did not offer any draft beer options and the Chips y Salsa ($3.75) had a meager quantity of chips to eat their tasty and generous tomatillo and 3-chile salsa options.
