We really appreciate her. She's consistent and always on time. Thank you very much.

She finished in an hour and a half (a 2300 sq ft apartment) so the washing machine had another 40 minutes to run with sheets and towels. I ended up making the bed and doing the laundry myslef. (Yet I paid $30 extra for this service.) They claim that they are familiar with my building because they have other customers here and all units have the same appliances. Yet I had to fix the setting she messed up on the washing machine and run the drier for her (both are super basic Bosch), because she didn't know how to use it. When I called the company, the guy named John (the owner) told me that they sent a third party service, because their regular person (must be one and only) was not available (even though I booked an appointment on their website.) They never mentioned that when I booked, of course! So you are basically paying them to send someone working for another company, and obviously they won't guarantee any quality. You may or may not get their regular person and it's not guaranteed that the regular person is any better. You are better of asking friends for recommendations or googling individuals- because they care for the quality of their work since the income goes to them directly. P.S Oh, and the refund they mentioned - NEVER GOT IT. All I have is two charges for the same amount and one refund. (Obviously a refund for the second charge that they made by (another) mistake)

I understand virtual business during COVID but house cleaners have to do their work in person so I…read moredon't understand why our quote was given site unseen. Two women were supposed to show up on Monday at 4o'clock and work for two hours. Something came up and they did let us know that they would be there, at a discounted rate, the next day. So that was fine. We were told they would be here at noon, however, they didn't show up until 1220. They did not have their own vacuum cleaner and asked to use ours. Still, that was OK, as I am a former house cleaner and prefer my own vacuum cleaner in my house anyway. So I showed them how to use it and let them go. In the two hours they were in our house, they cleaned the bathrooms and vacuumed one bedroom. No other space in the house was vacuumed, and they did not vacuum or mop the floors in the bathrooms. We also have a small cordless vacuum that I explained they could use on the stairs because it was easier to carry around. Needless to say, they did not vacuum the stairs. And they never even made it into the kitchen. This was, by far, the worst cleaning job, if you can even call it that, that I have seen. My only guess is that they scheduled 2 hrs for the cleaning and got done what they could in that block of time. That's why I don't understand why the quote was given sight unseen. We texted pictures of dirt on the floor to them and asked why they didn't vacuum. We were never given an answer but they did say they would come back and clean for free. However, by this time, we were so frustrated we didn't even answer the text. Honestly, this experience was a total joke.

I have a 1 bedroom that's about 800ish square feet and do what I thought was a pretty good job of keeping it clean and tidy. I used the request a quote feature to reach out to multiple cleaning services in my area at once, what a hack! I thought Alejandra, the owner of Alicia's bright clean was very friendly and gave a good price for a deep clean - $250. I've never spent money on a professional cleaning service at my apartment so I figured that was worth it. I was right. On the day of my cleaning two ladies, Alicia and Fatima arrived at my home with all the supplies needed to clean my home. The deep clean was VERY thorough. Fatima spent an entire hour in my bathroom - it has never been cleaner. Included with the deep clean was a cleaning of my oven and fridge. This was no regular cleaning, they took everything out of my fridge, washed every shelf and drawer, cleaned all the products and even threw some things away that I hadn't gotten to yet and cleaned all my tupperware that had once been filled with things! For my bedroom, I had just cleaned my sheets so they didn't need to remake the bed but Fatima redid it all hotel style and it was great. My room - dresser specifically - which is always hard to tidy because it has all my jewelry looks incredible. Onto my living room - they completely cleared my dining room table / bar to move it and clean not only under but around it. They also had my least favorite spot to clean - the closet where my AC unit is - spotless. The ladies arrived at 1 and left at 5 pm. Meaning they cleaned literally every surface of my apartment for four straight hours. They were both super friendly and focused while working.I am so happy I found Alicia's Bright clean. When I received a phone call to schedule an appointment, I also thought I was talking to someone from Stanley Steamer. When the "technician" showed up in an unmarked van, I asked him. He had an accent and I did not catch that he said he was from Stainless Steemer. He said something about some changes in the company. He then quoted me prices that were not what I was given over the phone. We agreed on a price. I allowed him to clean the carpet since I had already moved my furniture. The cleaning was sub-standard. I had to point out areas on the stairs which required a bit of extra work. The technician took all of 45 minutes. I've done better steam cleaning my carpet myself. I told him it usually takes me 2 hours to do my townhome. What an utter mess! I totally own that I screwed up from the get go. All I have to say is BEWARE. bks San Diego.
