Super unprofessional, and liars. Booked them, 1st time, after explaining everything I needed that my old girl did in under 4 hours, and Marcos said he could too, for $5 more hourly than I was paying my other girl, let's be clear money wasn't an issue, because if the job is done right, I'll pay what is being asked. I asked them not to come before a certain time, via text, as you may see, and to not ring the doorbell before they arrived and after the rang it not once but twice. Despite having a sign in the front of the home stating don't ring, baby sleeping, and dogs will bark, and texting them the same request, they still came at the time they felt like coming, knocked & rang doorbell. They didn't finish the job, quote for entire house was for 4 hours, based on our original conversation, I asked if first time was a deep clean he said yes, next time it's maintenance. They came and took 4 hours to organize a cabinet and clean my kitchen and living room only, so I was told next time I'd get a discount, since they barely made it past the living room and dragging dirt with swiffer from living room, to dinning room, didn't do dinning room or entry. I tried again, and confirmed for a Tuesday on Sunday, as visible by text, was offered as early as 8 am, I asked for 10, being they didn't finish the deep cleaning, I assumed they'd come to finish the deep cleaning. Same morning 15 minutes to my appointment, I'm told their usual morning client wanted more things done and they'd be here at 12:30 day of, 12:30, & no one came or even bothered to reach out, I text them and was told they were 50 mins away, eventually a lady comes at 2:39, I called texted to see when the guy I'd spoken to and company owner Marcos was coming with wife Gabi, no answer until 5pm which he's all of a sudden at the hospital with his son. I had to help the lady by herself until 5 pm which I had to go pick up my son. I had guest from out of town for a wedding coming over, instead we ended having to treat them to dinner at a restaurant instead of hosting in our new home. Horrible all around. Never again.

First time around I was quoted for 4 hours because my previous girl ALONE, could do it all in under 4 hours. You over promised and under delivered. I had one girl, you brought two and still didn't finish what she did in 4 hours. I have attached our entire conversation, to show I had ZERO issues the second time going, because I had already started the day before alone. The first time despite not finishing the downstairs, being I had to leave I tried you guys again. Our conversation via text with timestamps and everything speaks for itself and shows who's the one who flaked or had issues. If I'm hiring someone for a job, I shouldn't have to wait HOURS for them to live their life, and then come to work. Let's be clear you charged in the quote $50 for deep cleaning extra on top of the $30 hourly, you didn't finish the deep cleaning so you didn't charge the $50. You didn't give me a discount, you just didn't charge me for what WASNT done, and disguised as a discount c with the hope of retaining me as a client after messing up royally the second time and I made sure to make it clear, I don't care to do business with a company this unprofessional. For that I'll keep my old girl who was fast, and did a great job as well, and ALWAYS finished the job, just as flakey as this company. I also never asked for a discount.
