After receiving 3 bids for a new roof and gutters, we selected Tony's Roofing. We are so glad we…read moredid, they did an amazing job from beginning to end. Erick worked with us on the estimate and was helpful and patient with all of our questions. Marco is the onsite lead worker and is very knowledgeable and is perfect at getting everything done right. We chose Certainteed Landmark Pro (Cinder Black) because they make a very dark black shade that we wanted. Why Tony's stood out for us: * We used them before to fix a leak, so we kinda trusted them. * We knew we would get their "A Crew" (other companies we felt like we would get the B crew) because our home is smaller and one story. * No hidden cost or up-sales. The Crew - these guys were the hardest workers I've ever seen, (and I've seen a lot) they started at 7am - 6pm for 2 full days ! The cleanup after was great and they did a sweep with a magnet to pick up any loose nails in the yard. They were a pleasure to work with. All & All; I would hire Tony's again in a heartbeat. The hardest workers EVER. Erick and Marco top notch professionals. Thank you, Tony's Roofing !

They all took great care in protecting our sunroom and plants while they were working and our place was spotless when they left. I got another quote from another highly rated company and what made Cody and Best Coast stand out to me was the fact that he noted that our house didn't have any intake vents and so they needed to be added to the roof to extend the life of the roof but also help with energy efficiency. And the other company didn't even mention them. I highly recommend Best Coast Roofing!

All of them were within a few thousand dollars of each other. The deciding factor was the relationship the Owner Cody has with his crew. He's been using the same crew for 9 years on every one of his jobs and visits the job site every day to ensure a smooth job. Working in the construction industry myself, I know how important the relationships with your crews are. When you work with the same crew for years, they understand your expections and your routine. Cody's communication was second to none and everything he promised, he made good on. He was on-site every day, multiple times a day, to check on the crew, their progress and check in with us. If anything was needed, Cody would jump in to ensure the crew had what they needed. Everything was delivered on time, from the shingles to when the crew arrived and even finished a day ahead of schedule. The crew themselves were fast, efficient, polite and professional. I can't imagine another roofing company doing a better job. At the end of the job, the foreman Armando was combing our grounds to ensure no nails or trash were left behind. If you're looking for a roofing company that delivers on their promises, timelines and does a meticulous installation, look no further, Best Coast Roofing is the BEST. Thank you Cody and Crew for an amazing experience! If I could give TEN stars I would.

So happy we went with Klam Construction! Pre-Covid, Abel did an extremely thorough and thoughtful…read morejob of inspecting our home, and explaining his plan to replace our roof. We had had three other companies visit and he stood out for his professionalism and knowledge - he was the only person who a) observed that our house was built in 1937 and b) explained its long and likely history of poor roof choices, which led to c) his plan for a new system that would help the old girl finally breathe as she was originally designed to do. We wound up putting off the project due to the pandemic, so had a lot of time to consider our options. We decided that along with Klam's quality came peace of mind, and so secured them this winter. The team came out and finished in two days; were awesome and frankly we are still shocked by how clean the site was after they left; they did a great job of clean-up! Also have to say we so appreciated Katie in the office; she is highly communicative and we had a clear idea of schedule thanks to her. PS, this alone is another plus for Klam; two of the other companies we'd looked at went totally silent after their visit and one became super pushy. Total professionals here. Which brings me to another key point - Klam was one of only two contractors (of the four we interviewed) who were honest about the condition and cost. Now, we knew going into it that we had FOUR layers of roof up there - literally decades of previous owners doing their own DYI patchwork fixes. Really interesting/disturbing to observe that two companies told us there were only two layers, and casually mentioned "more" would be charged "if" they discovered extra. Klam was the only company who said straight up, "There are four layers, and here is what it will cost." We of course opted for their clear, no surprises estimate. We feel a million times better for having gone with this high-quality group of professionals (who are also just very nice people). Thank you, Klam Construction, you guys rock!
