He took the time to share a great deal of information on the nature and longevity of fiberglass decks, how to maintain them, what to watch out for, and specific troubleshooting measures. Kudos to Pete and to his company, which deserve every five-star review they have earned.

We also had them completely remodel our master bathroom. Sean Conniff is a stickler for details, and it shows in his work. One never has to worry about him getting it right. He's way ahead of you in that department but always patient and thorough in answering any and all of one's questions. He and his co-workers, John and Scott, work hard, are very pleasant and professional, and are unfazed by anything including my overly curious and energetic dog. They're extremely neat - not only when cleaning up each night but throughout the entire process. They were prompt each morning and communicated any delay or hiccup in a timely fashion. We're extremely pleased with their work. Our new master bath is stunning. I would not hesitate to recommend Conniff Construction and intend on using them for future projects.

As a result of a previous fraudulent contractor, I was left with a barely functioning bathroom in my home. Due to a mold issue, homeowners insurance granted us coverage for a bathroom repair. We didn't do our due diligence in selecting this original contractor (reading reviews, browsing the internet for credentials/past work, etc), and we suffered because of it. The previous contractor came in, ripped out all the walls and flooring, destroyed the plumbing, and ran off with the money - leaving us still with the mold problem and without a functioning bathroom. Conniff Construction came to the rescue and repaired our bathroom beautifully, and in a timely manner. Both Sean and John were extremely professional to work with, and had only their clients best interests in mind. They put our bathroom back together, including a custom tile floor job, reinstallment of sheetrock, rerouting of problematic plumbing, installation of new tub and removal of old tub, and most of all - rid us of the mold issue. Conniff Construction worked with us patiently while we went back and forth on design decisions. They installed all of the bathroom furniture, including vanity, mirror, and lighting. I felt extremely safe with having them work in my home alone, without supervision. They are safe and professional, and pose no risk from a safety or financial perspective. They are diligent and organized in their documentation, including their contract and estimates, and belong to multiple verified home owner's and builders associations in the state (as well as nationally). We felt very safe in their hands and we are confident we made the right decision in choosing them for our renovation. I would highly recommend them to anyone else looking for a renovation or new build in the future.

We then needed to replace all of the flooring in our new home and have painting done before we moved in. Charles was very thorough, kept to his schedule, communicated often and did a fantastic job. When we went through the final check, I expected to use the little blue tape pieces to mark touch ups, but we saw nothing that needed addressing. We couldn't recommend them enough. His partner, Lisa, was very responsive and kept us in the loop regularly, answered any questions and went out of her way to be sure we were happy. Really great team. Their quote was right in line with others and Charles was able to help out some other items on our list. A great value.

Derek did an excellent job communicating, walking us through each step, being transparent about costs and expectations, and ensuring we were satisfied with our choices. I was amazed at his in depth documentation listing individual part costs and labor; it made me feel empowered to know exactly how the project funds were being spent. My favorite part is he flat out told us when he didn't agree with us on any choice, which I really respected because he truly is a master in his field. We used to have serious water seepage issues in our basement during period of heavy rain before the basement was finished. During the finishing, we got to see his work in action as moisture would literally be pushed away from our basement cement blocks. Since the work, we have NEVER had water seepage even during periods when our dry well and patio would flood (which has nothing to do with this basement project). No project is without its bumps; we did have some issues with some subcontract work but Derek took care of that too and really kept on top things taking ownership of the project end to end as an exceptional general contractor would. This project ended up costing us about twice our initial budget forecast but that was our choice, not because of any misunderstanding. We were so satisfied with the work and the process that we couldn't help but splurge and take further advantage of the quality workmanship. We even considered having our wooded deck redone but we were so far off budget that we decided to defer this work for the future (tbd). This guy went so far to help us with getting a town variance and showed up to the court hearing to coach us! It's now two years later and we really couldn't be more pleased. We know who we will call for our next project(s) once we are ready for it.
