This is where the problem started. I spoke to a guy who told me he wouldn't extend it because they don't even do holds. I had to go so I said I'd call back and when I did call back I immediately asked for a manager. She gave me the same response and I explained it was a Christmas present and that I JUST needed the size (which was also the last one). I also explained that I live far away and it's hard for me to get over there in which she responded "well I commute from san diego so I think you'll be fine..." It ended up with her telling me she'd put it back on the floor after they closed and I might want to be there at 7 am on Christmas eve so I could get it...Christmas eve is my only day off from work besides Christmas, I really would rather not wake up before the sun to trade a shirt. Honestly, I work retail to so I understand the stress of the holidays but their customer service is probably the worst I've ever had. Not only that but the first guy I spoke to never told me their hold policy to begin with so had I known that I wouldn't have even bothered.
