The studio is a bit small but and enough space for you to roam about and do your thing. The first step was to handle the clay then they thought us how to handle the wheel and then we got to choose if we wanted a vase, a cup or a bowl. We were in a small group of 6 due to which the teachers could explain and help us well. We ended up upgrading our class to include paint as well as we got to know that without the paint we won't be able to use the things we made of it involves water. My friend made a cute cup and I made a not so cute vase. I would definitely say that but the end of the class, we were rushing a bit and would have appreciated some help and tips from the teachers but we didn't get any. We had to constantly ask about things and where the brushes were and where the paints were. Since it was our first ever class, we would have appreciated a bit more help from the teachers in managing our time and helpful tips on how to glaze correctly instead of having to ask everything ourselves when we are already rushing. Regardless, we had a lot of fun and can't wait to pick up our pieces soon!

Basically, adults pay $8 for a studio fee, then you get to sit there as long as you'd like and paint your ceramic. They have a whole wall to choose from with an abundance of different designs, and your final price is based on which piece that you chose. My heart shaped mini pot was $22. In the three times I've been here, the designs have switched out often, so there's always something new to paint. The color chart is also super helpful and you can use an unlimited amount of colors (not that you need that many to complete a ceramic anyways). After you're finished with your design, you wait 2-3 weeks while they glaze and fire it. Then, it's all set and you get to use it forever!! Truly, this is such a fun date night or girls night activity!! I've been with a bunch of different people, and it's always a fun time!

There is a $20 fee for simply painting in the space on top of the items you paint/purchase. I suppose this is normal in some places, but I was not accustomed to this. 2. You can only choose five colors, people from the studio have to pour it for you, and you have to wait for them to come around to each table to get more paint. Certain paint colors cost more than others. I understand that the staff members pouring for you is a way to prevent wasted paint, but it was very awkward and inconvenient. There were only two staff members for a crowded room. 3. The space is small and the tables are quite close together. We came on a very busy day, so I would suggest calling ahead to see if there are multiple open tables. It isn't necessarily a relaxing environment for painting. We were able to paint and have a fun time together. That being said, I think the lack of space in the studio, the paint rules, and lack of staffing led to a "just okay" experience. I wouldn't necessarily want to go back.

It wasn't crowded there was couples there and a few single people. I walked in first and I legit waited for five minutes, no greeting, no service. Then the server Matthew came and asked me for my ID. I gave it to him and I let him know my friend was joining me and if he could bring out an extra menu for her. He did so about five minutes later. I mention all this because the service was not good from the start from the waiter Matthew. Once my friend came in, I noticed that the people around us everybody had two glasses and both menus so it appeared that everybody was trying a wine from each menu. Because usually they'll just pour all of the same kind of wine from both menus into one glass. But since seeing everyone around us doing it a different way, I requested we do the same. The waiter Matthew did not say anything about a glass pour limit or how having two glasses works. NOTHING! He didn't mention anything so we tried about four wines. Mind you we are chatting about work in a peaceful manner. We saw a server we were familiar with greeted him, and he poured us some wine. After that Matthew abruptly brought us our checks when we did not ask to receive them and he said we've tried eight wines already. I mentioned the fact that the couples around us have been there since before we got there and we got their last. There were no new groups of people coming in either so I thought that was strange. Matthew wasn't budging. We asked if we could try one more and he let us, but I did not appreciate him trying to cut our wine tasting short. The last time we went we had xavier last year in February and our wine tasting was great. We actually got to learn a lot of new things about the wine. The service from him was really good. He was the reason why me and my friend wanted to go back to the tasting. There was no limit on how many wines we could try. We even purchased wine bottles as a result from that tasting. Apparently the server Matt got mad at Xavier and argued with him in the back about it. But Matt needs to realize he's a rude server and needs to take notes from Xavier. All in all winetasting should be fun. Chill and relaxing, not rude. The ambience that was created wasn't safe and I couldn't enjoy my experience. Request for your favorite server to serve you because that's actually important.

When we got there, we were met by our class instructor, My. I don't believe that you can pick the instructor that you have, but I would suggest if you had the opportunity to have her as your instructor, I would highly recommend her. She was so nice and kind. It was easy to follow her simple instructions, even though I had never made pottery before. She made me feel very welcomed and she was extremely encouraging as well throughout the whole process. I had such an enjoyable time and of course the pottery making itself was just a blast, but she really added to the experience, to be honest with you. They give you an apron and all the tools and clay and water that you need to create your pottery with, so you don't have to really bring anything except yourself and a great attitude. It was easy to go back and pick up the pottery, although my girlfriend did this for us. She's a sweetheart. My girlfriend and I have not stopped talking about this experience, nor our instructor My and how we're looking forward to going again in the future. If you're looking for a date idea, guys, this is a 10 out of 10 experience!!! You get to keep one of your creations, and then I think each additional one is $10 after that? You then get to choose from, I think it was eight different glazes? I think it took about 2-3 weeks to get the pottery back, but I wasn't really keeping track of that. There answers were short. No other customers were in the store! I bought $200 worth of yarn. When I went up to the counter with my purchases, one of them started to be nice. Two other customers cane into the store while I was shopping. These women were very friendly to them. I've been knitting for sixty years. I used to manage fabric stores. I know what good customer service is. I will never walk into that store again.
