Pacer delivered another 300 gallons with no notice and sent us the bill. No call back either. This is a stupid waste of money and I will never use Pacer again. There are other companies that have much better customer service. I suggest using them instead.

However, he was busy chatting with the drivers of a fancy new red sports car and didn't pay any attention to me. When I noticed the pump had stopped, I politely informed him, but he didn't even acknowledge that I had only received $30 worth of gas and seemed to expect me to just drive away. I had to point out that I hadn't gotten the full amount I paid for, and instead of addressing the issue, he treated me as if I were trying to steal from him. This was very frustrating! When I pulled away, my tank was only half full, not full as it should have been. We had to get into an argument to get the credit back. Please just pay attention to your job stop making this your social event. I used to visit this station once a week!

After having such a talented group of workers that take such pride in their work it saddens me when I drive into the parking lot it looks like the store has been abandoned for years. He had no idea there was not dyer vent installed on the home and he went out of his way to go pick up the necessary parts and tools he needed to complete this and took care of this as well. He explained every step of the process clearly and even double checked that everything was operating properly. Tom showed me how to adjust the temperature for the tankless water heater and how to shut off the gas in the event of an emergency. It's this kind of exemplary Customer Service that drives the success of a business and Tom is definitely an asset to Blue Star Gas!

Well, Blue Mountain and Roy and Jim came through with flying colors and best accolades. They gave a great proposal for tearing out the unserviceable 'Frankenstein' double pump system and putting in a totally manageable single pump with variable speed drive and timer and new chlorinator and new single pump/filtration system. Our family is so incredibly happy that they fixed this messed up plumbing job in record time and only used the highest quality materials and equipment.
