Jason, could use some customer service training. While I understand there is company's policies that need to be adhered to, lecturing a customer over the phone could be avoided if you would simply ask a follow up question like "is this your reservation or someone else's"? He clearly knew the situation and was completely unprofessional. Do yourself a favor and go somewhere else. read more
