They've got over 20 sewage spill complaints with Maricopa County in just 2 years of their management. Both pictures are taken from my lot, on separate occasions. There is no onsite management. Nothing is maintained. I would never use the pool or spa. The laundry/mail/library is disgusting, never been cleaned; it's not locked so the homeless have been known to stay for the night. Too bad, because the new mobile homes they rent are really nice, and the rent is reasonable. Unfortunately, I can't afford to leave now. I'm stuck. Don't be me.

Year rate is the way to go, there was a raise to it a year back, I hope no further raises for a few years . I recommend you pay 2 or more years in advance to be sure you lock in current price. I really enjoy it here, been here going on 3 years now. There is no issues with sewer like someone posted many years ago, that was a one off issue it sounded like, 3 years now and everything is great here, no issues. Management is always doing various upgrades and maintenance. Highly recommend you grab a spot and do yearly, do it quick before there are no spots available. Best price on propane is right around the corner on Ironwood, closed to all stores, great convenient location.

Every person we met was charming, encouraging and spoke highly of the park. Downside? It's an adult community, however they do not have an adult only pool. One pool, children allowed 4 hours each day. Ugh. Pet section is very limited, 1/5 of the park. They offer a dog run but you may not walk your dog in the "No pet section", you must drive your pet to the dog run. There was nothing listed for sale in the pet section. While I love the location and the views, they are more geared to children and not dog lovers.

There are two dump sites at every site. One is directly under the RV. I had to use my extra dump hose for the first time ever to reach my tanks. They offered a WiFi for $5 a day. This is the first campground that has charged for that. It's 2025 people! This campground is slowly becoming a mobile home park.
