There appears to be little to no efficiency in how the store is run. Staffing always seems inadequate, and customers are left waiting far longer than reasonable just to complete basic transactions. Whether it's the pharmacy or the front registers, the process feels disorganized and unnecessarily slow. This location seriously needs better management of workflow and staffing because the current experience is frustrating for customers. Until major improvements are made, I would strongly recommend going to a different pharmacy if you have the option.

Instead of helping investigate the issue, I was accused of calling too late to report it, even though I called right after the holiday season due to pre-planned travel. We chose this pharmacy because GoodRx listed a better price than other pharmacies. However, after the prescription was sent, we were told by the pharmacy staff that they do not honor GoodRx pricing. This feels very misleading and deceptive. Overall, my experience with this Remedium Pharmacy was extremely poor. I will not use this pharmacy again and do not recommend it at all.

She's been in critical health and because she has an issue causing poor appetite and weight loss, this call was thoughtful. This small gesture made my day brighter. Helpful to know-It's a compounding pharmacy if you require this for a special medication. Side note-It was very clean inside and there is free parking out back in the plaza area or directly in front on the street.
