The pharmacy staff seem like you're bothering them when you ask questions . The drive through is incredibly, painfully, woefully slow. Inside is not much better. As an example, I've been sitting here for 10 minutes and it hasn't moved. There are three cars in front of me, two behind me and one on the street waiting to get in line. Scratch that, two on the street. Now 3. 8 cars total. I try to get my prescriptions filled by express scripts to avoid this place, but it's not always possible . read more

I've never had any issues with this place. I've always gotten my scripts filled here without any problems.

Thursday is ordered a refill. CVS website said pickup Friday 9:00AM. Saturday not ready, no explanation. Monday comes and I call in to check the status. CVS can't find the order and puts me on hold for 20 minutes. I give call back and it's the menu item (the last) for talking to a human. On hold for twenty minutes again before I hang up. Once in the store, nobody could answer any question I had regarding the delay and the hold. This is the straw that broke the camel's back. I will use locally owned and operated pharmacy or mail order from now on. read more

had an awful experience with the MCPHS student who was working here. the reciept said her name was laura- she had braces and super long pink acrylics. she messed up and told me my prescription was not at the pharmacy (i had confirmation from the app and my doctor that the script was there). she was super rude when i came back a couple hours later to get my prescription she didn't even apologize for her mistake. MCPHS should really have her check her attitude before she starts working with patients read more

A larger CVS than the one that's in the middle of downtown, which means they have more stuff than the one on Merrimack. It's okay. Service feels more personable at Merrimack, but the selection here is far better across the board. read more

5 months of getting my prescription and they get it wrong every time. I told them I have an allergy to the generic brand of what I get and they keep getting it wrong. I shouldn't have to worry about getting sick from a prescription that I had been told they put a note into the system. read more

I had a horrible experience with one of the managers. I think her name was tracy. This manager began our interaction by taking 5 minutes to sashay over to the cooler to get herself a Coke. After another 5 minutes fully refreshed she oozed over to the register. She told me I couldn't use a coupon that was mailed to me with my name on it because it was under my husbands number. She went on to tell the it was illegal. It was a $10 coupon for baby food and I really needed to use it. With a line out the door she insisted my husband came in and show her his license. I came in last week to make a purchase i do couponing. The ding dong who checked me out said i cant use my coupons because i use to be an employee and need to change my cvs card over. I said you can override them. He said i dont like to do that. Then he had the nerve to say why cant you just get another card. I said first off dont be rude to me then he threw his scanner down and walked away. As i was leaving i said if you dont like working with the public get a new job like i did. I hated working for cvs and will stop shopping here too. Worst place ever!!!! read more

Service has not been very good in the past 6 months. Pharmacy Techs do not look to see how many scripts you have, making you come back multiple times because they missed a few, they do not call you when they are out of stock on your medication (which is way too often), half the time they do not know what they are doing. I have not had much experience with the new male pharmacist there, he does not smile much. The only person there that I personally feel knows their job and does it awesome, is the older blonde pharmacist who has been there for years. She goes above and beyond for her customers, and is always on top, calls you back personally when there is a delay in your prescription. Always smily, and friendly. The techs could learn a lot from her. read more
