Each time my wait was never more than 5 minutes. The front office is friendly and courteous. The medical staff is amazing! They are all very patient (a must when working with kids lol). They took their time understanding my kids symptoms and my concerns and also their past medical care. It can sometimes be hard with urgent cares bc they typically don't see patients more than once so they don't know past medical issues, which can be imperative to accurately diagnose. They are thorough and try to cover all the bases. I've taken my baby twice over the last 2 months and he saw the same Nurse Practitioner and she remembered seeing him and her treatment plan, which was EXTREMELY effective in treating him the first visit. Again, she listened to what was going on and came up with a treatment plan and aftercare instructions. I wish she could be his main pediatrician!

Throughout the many colds & flu's my sons caught (mostly from moving here from FL & not being used to the cold!!), Dr. Kumar accurately diagnosed whatever the problem was & gave great advice regarding adapting to this climate. Furthermore, he's kind, gentle, super intelligent, and cares about his patients! The only negative is that sometimes the waiting room fills up due to high demand, but we'll gladly wait a half hour to see a really great doctor! Last thing: He splits his time between here & his office in Woodbridge, so it's wise to ask the receptionists what days he's available! :)

When I called the office, they gave me a different number for billing. When I spoke to billing, she said she had an old address for me although I updated it at the 2023 visit. She said it's not her fault because they work in different offices. I had to pull teeth to figure out what the bill was even for. She finally gave me a code but could not tell me any more information about when the bill was sent, why insurance didn't cover it, what the code was for, and when she sent me the bill to my incorrect address. She put me on hold multiple times to talk to her manager. I asked to speak to her manager and she said "my manager said I have no business talking to the manager" and they already sent it off to collections so I can just deal with it

I felt that Dr Reid wasn't very attentive to the patients needs. She stood across the room the entire time. For this reason I didn't return. I think as a healthcare professional you should be worried about patients health not their eye lashes or selling miscellaneous marketing items to make additional money. I will say the inside was nice, clean, and front desk staff were nice for the most part. I have found another primary care physician, I suggest you look elsewhere for optimal healthcare.

When we called the business line the person did not announce their business and just said "hello" as if they were using the phone for personal and business reasons, then they hung up. I called back immediately and left a message announcing who I am and that I am a relative of one of their clients that would like a return call. They immediately called back and announced themselves as the business and began to tell me there was nothing, they could do to give information about the healthcare worker and that I should have asked for ID on day one. Later after our mother got sick, she requested that the healthcare worker wear a mask and gloves and the agency and healthcare worker told us that the client has to provide it and the worker said she did not have the money for these supplies. Our mother had been a home health care aide for 10 years and she thought these questions were normal, but with this company they continued to be abrasive in their customer relations and evasive about any questions they were asked. It is my opinion that they think customers do not have the ability to give a review on the internet of their company and they think they can get away with this kind of treatment. I am writing this review on behalf of the experience our family had with this company.
