You know it happens all the time because the wait times for reach someone is almost always over 10 minutes. When you do get someone, they can rarely fix it. Today, the system is frozen and the only solution is I have to MAIL them back a completed form. This is 2025! I will be moving my business and personal accounts. The bank is always busy regardless of the time of day but you can always count on the teller being friendly and smiling as they greet you at the counter. And over the last few months, I've noticed that the assistant manager or the manager is always present in the lobby area greeting customers and making sure the line moves quickly and smoothly. Recently, I've referred a bilingual client into the Lynn banking center to open a checking account. My client called me up and told me that her experience at the bank was above her expectation. She said she felt welcomed and comfortable as soon as she entered the center. A young man greeted her in Spanish and made her feel welcomed and at eased because someone spoke in her native language. Working in the social service sector, I'm extremely impressed at the level of customer service provided at the bank. It's nice to see a bank as big as Bank of America still has that small town bank touch. My kudos goes to the Lynn staff for their professionalism and kindness.

I called up the mortgage department because we recently noticed our property taxes were not getting paid out of our escrow account recently. Ana, who I spoke to, immediately said "that's not right, let me call the City and see what the problem is. I'll take care of it and let you know when it's resolved." Within an hour she had solved the problem, emailed me and over-nighted a check the City. (It sounds like the City was not billing the tax servicer correctly). We are so used to being on hold, talking to computers, and going through three or four levels of staff to solve problems like this with banking, cell phones, insurance, etc, that I was momentarily speechless when her first comment was "I will take care of this". I did not need further proof of the Community Credit Union's quality, but there it is. Thanks again for running such an amazing place and helping so many people.
