I currently live in one where Caleco manages their laundry room. I was very impressed with how this company handled a complaint I reported. For reference, I live in an apartment complex where there are a lot of college students, and some of them can be a bit hard on the machines, so I think Caleco is working with a difficult situation here. I and several other residents had been having trouble with the dryers not adequately drying our clothes. After one time when the dryers didn't dry my clothes much at all, I was frustrated and both emailed and called the maintenance number listed. I was pleasantly surprised when I not only promptly received a refund check in the mail, for the cost of two loads of laundry, but I found that the driers had been fixed within a few days. Whatever problem had been causing the inadequate drying had been addressed, and the next load I ran in the dryer worked beautifully. This contrasts a lot with how a complaint was handled with a previous laundry room management company, which I won't name. I would recommend this company for managing laundry rooms. Based on my experience, I think they would be better at keeping tenants happy than other companies that provide a similar service, that I've had experience with.
