PLEASE TAKE JUDICIAL NOTICE,'' Do NOT rent or conduct any business with PGM they are a corrupted realtor estate. I am disgusted with the services and false representation of facts they advertise. below are some undisputed facts about PGM.
1. The staff Justin. Dan. April. represent what I call racist characterized by or showing prejudice, discrimination, or antagonism against a person or people on the basis of their membership in a particular racial or ethnic group, typically one that is a minority or marginalized.
2. PGM. has a Code which is illegal, and unconstitutional, as a matter of law. the code for PGM is that (Anyone who is contracted by PGM whether it be an exterminator, maintenance, PGM worker, or owner) {'' can walk in your residence at ANY given TIME without PERMISSION''} at any time, or any time of day, including non-business hours. {THE CODE RULE IS THAT UNLESS YOU WAIVE THIS REQUIRMENT THEY WILL NOT RENT TO YOU}. which sounds like what a Landlord rapists' would do to prey on there victims.
3. PGM work repairs are terrible it took them 5 months to fix an electricity ( fuse ) in my bed room. they do not keep up with yard work or property and or do they do anything upon which the lease obligates after entering agreement with them, they only want your money, and once they do and you feel they are not keeping there end of the bargain they hit you with 30 day eviction notice.
4. PGM also manages property in Landenberg Pa. I complained about a roach issue at the property of 717 Strickersville Rd, Landenberg Pa. it took several complaints to reach an exterminator and after it was resolved they issued me 30 eviction notice.
5. PGM is the property management for the owner Anthony Kates who i spoke to personally and clearly there only about the money. Anthony Kates in conjunction with PGM inform there have been many complaints but could not signal out any in person or by Notice as required by law.
6. This property has three units and they have a big Cockroach problem with rats sounding and climbing through the walls. and during the summer you half to put AC Conditioner on and stink bugs flood the entire house in such a way you mightiest well sleep outside.
7. PGM. are good at making up false complaints to fit there narrative to avoid fixing repairs or out of pocket expenses like the Exterminator for the Cockroach problem.
8. It is very expensive to rent. and you have to pay your own Electricity, Heater, Gas, Water, Trash, and need a vehicle.
9. I installed Cameras because of unwanted entries at my residence without permission at all hours of the day. I felt encounterable random men just walking in my apartment without notice.
10. This area at 717 Strickersville Rd, Landenberg, Pa. is infected with drugs all within the county hereto with Meth, Dope, Pills, Crack, its a Isolated Country druggy area.
11. at this location you DO NOT have any exception of privacy the owner uses the parking spot's for his trailers, he uses the Garage as extra storage for himself, he complains of normal things outside, and he hates kids.
12. My neighbors moved out 3 weeks ago because they were tired of the owner/PGM evading there privacy and walking inside while there 11 year old daughter was there with her brother unannounced.
13. My Third neighbor to the right who rents pretty much a unit studio which is a basement which i dont know how it passes inspection which has all the circuit breakers, and controls all units, it reeks, smells like dirty molded damp swamp water which travels through the heating ducks throughout the entire apartment.
14. on the weekends you can smell Crack smoke with altered weed smell circulating through the vents. which rises upstairs. and throughout the entire apartment while my kids ask me what is that smell?
15. all the apartments need be refurnished, and painted, not once in my 4 years has PGM done anything and this year inspection failed 5 x's they are so cheap that i had to buy myself smoke detectors because they would not failing inspection.
16. Each unit is over priced, the entire place is fallen apart, everything needs repairs, but if you complain about repairs, they some how target you to say there are many complaints to evict you!
17. PGM and the owner to this specific property are NOT good up standing Citizens and clearly if you decide to move here you will regret it. I promise you you;; live to regret it.
18. you need a car it takes 15 minutes to get to a Gas station. it takes 25 Minutes to Walmart. or Giant. it takes the police 35 Minutes to arrive because of the location. it takes Uber or Lyft 1 to 2 Hours to give you a ride to your destination but you will not be able book a ride back, i know this may sound crazy, but if you move here, you will see immediately!
