The parking lot isn't the best it's small and cramped, but the stores themselves are decent enough to carry the shopping center. Kohl's and Homegoods are the big names for department stores while Subway and Philly Pretzel Factory are the big names for fast food while McCaffrey's Food Market is the shopping centers grocery market. The rest of the strip mall is smaller businesses and eateries but they seem decent enough as well. There is a Wells Fargo Bank in the shopping center too but it is closed off from the rest of the shopping center and only accessed through another entrance from West Skippack Pike. It's a decent enough center and it will have the nessesities, if little else.

It also breaks the 'strip mall' vibe by having several restaurants and a movie theatre offset to the main drag so there is a lot for entertainment and shopping. I would say the downside is the parking lot. The main line through it...meanders. It's the only word to describe it and this can be a little annoying when trying to drive through. I think i is someone's design to be more park like and avoid ridged straight lines but it means that in several cases lines of parked cars meet the main drag at odd angles sometimes making right of way somewhat ambiguous. also there is little in the way of a safe path to the buildings set away from the main strip so it can, in he evening especially, be a little difficult to get from one area to the other.

It has a recently rennovated AMC 309, an Olive Garden, The Greene Turtle and Firebirds restaurants, Staples and an Aldi to name a few of the big attractions. It is also conveniently located before the intersections of Route 309 and Welsh Road with exits onto each road. I would recommend checking this shopping center out for the stores, but be wary of the parking lot and layout of it.

I've done KOP, Willow Grove, and Montgomery Mall so far. Montgomery Mall is just.... Sad. It was practically empty, dark lit, and just felt like a downer. You can tell a lot of stores have left the mall and the food court is horrific. It has only like 2 options left and they look bad. This poor mall needs someone to put it out of its misery.

The mall is on the far outskirts of the Philadelphia Metro area, but it's a further drive then it looks from Interstate 476. Parking isn't an issue with it having more than enough. Montgomery Mall is internally, externally, and store wise bland. For a two-story mall, it has nothing that stands out. The food court has a few stalls left, but several vacant. During my visit, the elevator was out of service along with several escalators. Anchor store shopping is about the only thing still holding on here, as Dick's Sporting Goods, JCPenney, Macy's, Wegmans, and H&M all have locations here. The former Sears remains vacant. Will Montgomery Mall still be here in five years? Probably but who knows what will be left on the inside. You have to seriously consider taking the drive to Willow Grove Park Mall, King of Prussia Mall, or even Lehigh Valley Mall if you are looking to do any mall shopping.

I can say it looks like a nice shopping center and is conveniently placed next to Route 309. What makes this shopping center interesting is it's lack of big name chains/stores, the biggest ones being McDonalds and a Dunkin Donuts. It has alot of smaller stores and eateries, which isn't nessecarily a bad thing. Last year I went to the Iron Hill Brewery and I loved it, so maybe there is more to.this shopping center that meets the eye. You just have to look for it!

THE STORE: This store is located in the sleepy Center Square Plaza strip mall. They're part of the TJX Company that includes TJ Maxx, Marshalls, HomeSense, Winners, and Sierra. Like others have told me, they sell similar items like sister company TJ Maxx - clothing, household goods, small furniture, toys, etc. The store was clean, pretty organized, with competitive pricing. It's a small footprint so perusing the store was easy. I personally wouldn't shop here as I don't like hunting for things, and I feel that their inventory is "temporary" - like once you find something you like, it won't be available in the future, the main reason why I don't patronize our local TJ Maxx back home. Now for the stores itself. This shopping center has some big names including Giant, Michael's, Gabes, Bed Bath & Beyond, Barnes and Noble and an Applebees. There is also an Americas Best glasses and contacts place). Overall, it's a very awesome shopping center with some pretty neat stores. The parking can get a bit confusing and cramped in areas but there is plenty of it. It's worth a visit if you are in Montgomeryville!

The parking lot can get confusing to navigate especially when busy and the light onto Germantown Pike can get backed up easily, but aside from those small details it is still a great shopping center!
