We were very comfortable with his recommendations and his work. Before starting, he provided samples and brochures of the products he would used, helping us to decide which color was best for us. Two days later when I followed up with the customer I was informed that Knight's had never even reached out to him so I passed Knight's info to the customer so that he could call the company himself. The customer scheduled a time for yesterday 5-10-2018 to have them come over and perform the service. Knight's never showed up. Naturally the customer called me angrily this morning so I reached out to Knight's. He informed me that he was busy and that since I was from Idaho (I use my cell phone from my home state still) he would not be able to do the service. And then he hung up. I would further note that owner Robert has a long rap sheet in the public records at the Sangamon county circuit court giving further negative evidence of his lack of honest and moral character.
