Five Stars for Jordan at Shenandoah Sporting Goods!…read more I had an absolutely fantastic experience at Shenandoah Sporting Goods thanks to Jordan, who helped me set up and tune my brand-new Hoyt RX 10. And get this--mine was the very first RX 10 they sold! That made the experience even more special, and Jordan handled the flagship bow setup like a true professional. The setup process was detailed and meticulous, especially since I was keen on utilizing the new Hoyt XTS tuning system right away. I know I can be a bit particular when it comes to getting a bow dialed in, but Jordan was incredibly friendly and patient throughout the entire process. They walked me through every adjustment, explaining the nuances of the XTS system without ever making me feel rushed. Jordan's expertise and commitment to making sure the bow was perfectly tailored to me were truly outstanding. It's rare to find that level of dedication and customer service. If you are looking to purchase a new Hoyt, especially the RX 10, ask for Jordan--you won't find better service or a more knowledgeable tuner. My new RX 10 is shooting flawlessly, and it's all thanks to them!

Occasionally I sell firearms online. Shipping of firearms usually occurs from one FFL to another FFL. Rebel Sporting Goods was selected by the buyer to receive and transfer the firearm for them. The day I shipped the firearm, I had another one going to a different state. I mixed up the shipping labels. When Meg received the wrong order, she called and left me a message. Even before I called her back, she shipped the package to the correct address. When I returned her call, I was very embarrassed of my mistake and was expecting a well deserved scolding. Instead I received kindness and understanding. Meg refused compensation for her time or reimbursement for the shipping cost. That is an unexpected level benevolence that deserves praise.
