As a first time home buyer the process is exciting but at the same time extremely challenging and stressful. Working with Daniel made this process extremely straightforward, much easier, and the support and interaction that he provides throughout the entire process is invaluable. When I first started out looking for lendors I did what everyone tells you to do, shop around to try to get the best rate. I went to all the major players and got loan estimates as well as from Daniel. What people don't mention are two key aspects: 1.) Aside from your rate there are additional costs like mortgage insurance, premiums, etc that go into your final monthly mortgage payment and 2.) Working with the bigger banks can be a huge pain!! To the first point after shopping around Daniel was able to secure a fixed rate that was comparable to big banks, with lower premiums, and he found that I qualified for a loan that allowed me to pay much less upfront for the home. No one else I spoke with went through the same effort. What clinched working with Daniel was his flexibility and attentiveness. The seller required a closing date within the month of the offer and other lendor was willing to work with this issue but Daniel was able to do so with no problem. Additionally, there are many steps to the lending process and working with larger lendors can leave you stuck with trying to interpret what they are asking for and if there is a mistake it is difficult to get in touch with them. With Daniel, he would simply email, text, or call with the required documents, explain them to me, and then I would send him the documents via text or email (something the other lendors won't accept) and he would move on to the next task. Daniel was unbelievably attentive and available to work with me on my loan and I really appreciate his help throughout the entire process. I can't emphasize enough how pleased I was working with Daniel and any home buyer would be foolish not to work with Central Valley Mortgage Group. The rates are competitive if not better than other lendors and when you start getting into the home buying process you will be glad you can have someone that you can contact directly and that is on your side! read more
