Great guy! Picks up the phone. Has great advice. Cares about his business. I will be calling him before I call AAA from now on!

The person arrived and simply used a heat gun to melt the ice, working for only one hour. When he finished, he demanded $716. When I spoke to him on the phone and asked for a discount, he threatened to call the police if I didn't pay the $716. I advise everyone not to go to him or contact this company; they are thieves and scammers, and I cannot trust them. They are thieves, thieves, thieves!... I advise you not to trust the service and nobody should ask for help from these services.

Typically we use Rick's Towing, but due to it being at the end of our workday, I reached out to tailhook towing, as they are literally one road over on Commerce Street. They sent a truck over to winch us out of the mud, a process that took under 30 minutes. One month later they sent me a bill for $700. I emailed him back asking if this was a mistake. It was not. Skip claims that this is the industry standard for winching. I reached out to two other companies, both of which assured me that $700 for a winch out, one block form there location and not even after hours was insane. I would not recommend Tailhook towing.

Save yourself the agony and go to other places that charge about $55.00. IT was funny, Dave said " we are just a few dollar's extra than Vermont Tire". Vermont tire $54.00...Daves $80.00. That is more than a few dollars. I will never go back to Dave's. He had zero interest in refunding me any difference. Turd burglers. The reason I went here without researching/comparing places is a friend of mine said they were " great'. Au contraire!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

I made the appt and when the day came to drop it off before work it just happened to be a huge snowstorm that day. My wife was supposed to pick me up and then off to work, only she couldn't make it off of our street due to the snow and slippery conditions. Dave's guys said no problem they drove me to work! They were more than ready on that snowy day with a great attitude. Changed my belt, fixed my TPMS sensors that Firestone couldn't and did all that at a far cheaper price! Good group. It's nice to find a new place I can trust after moving far away from my home state! Thanks Dave's!
