It was holiday weekend, we were in Stockbridge VT and our van slid off the road into a ditch. Nobody was hurt other than the driver's ego. We called AAA and but there local provider wouldn't help us. Lucky for us, they recommeneded CDR Towing and they came out to help. The technician did an excellent job evaluating the situation and took the proper steps to get my 2014 Town and Country Minivan out of the ditch without incident. He was very understanding and took the time to ensure the van was positioned in such a way that when he pulled it out, the van was undamaged. I have been stuck in Vermont before with other vehicles and wish I had CDR's number back then. If you are stuck in a rut, save yourself a lot of time and aggrivation and call CDR. They are the best.
