I also booked a tire rotation and was told to expect to wait one hour for both services. After one hour, the tire rotation was finally completed and then it took another 30 minutes for the oil change. So, I was kept waiting 30 minutes longer than expected and I paid over $30 more than the dealership would have charged me for the oil change. Live and learn.

I took it in as this business said they would test drive it to make sure. They stayed past their business closure time to do that. Then they said they needed to look at it further in the shop. Even though the eariest appointment wasnt for a month, he worked me in for that the following week. That next Week they picked up the car from where i work and evaluated the problem, then called me and explained what they had found in a clear manner. They said they could do a same day repair. They did that and returned the car to my work parking spot. They were very personable and responsive. The only not so good thing was that originally on the phone the estimate appeared to be a little over $100 but after the job was done the actual bill was almost $300. The representative did explain this discrepancy in a way that seemed adequate but there was still that big difference between estimate and final bill. Overall i was impressed with their responsiveness, cooperativeness, and thorough ness in dealing with the problem, and i would use this business again. If after going there a few times and there appears to be a pattern of over-charging...i might then write a different review...

I told our tow truck driver to take the car there thinking it was another place I was familiar with. I had never been to VIP but somehow the branding stayed in my mind. :) They were able to work with us while we were traveling and we are grateful. Their prices are fair and the service was excellent. We needed a battery and they were able to store the car, for a daily fee, until we could pick it up.

Over charged for a stud and lug nut replacement that takes 15 min to do my girlfriend came in for a…read moreflat tire patch they broke the lug nut and stud trying to get the tire off and then said it'll take 2.7 hours to fix and charged $189 an hour for a total of $538 when I told my girl to call back and cancel they said it was finished in only one hour I called them they were rude trying to convince me it takes 3 hours to get a caliper and rotor off to replace two studs on one wheel if you don't know much about cars don't go here they'll scam you and on top of that my girl is a travel nurse and knows nobody in New Hampshire and she came in there with her nurse scrubs and they still ripped her off

So I pulled into the Honda place in WRJ, unannounced. Darci in the service dept could not have been more helpful and sympathetic. While I relaxed in the lounge, Steve walked by -- he's the dealership manager, but he remembered selling me my car back when he was on the sales floor at the old location, as well as my son buying a used car last year. My car was ready in about an hour (washed, too). As dealership services do these days, they had checked it over and suggested a couple of things that would need attention soon; however, Darci wad not pushy about this when I said I would see my regular, local mechanic about those. She gave me a printout to share with my mechanic. This experience wasn't cheap, but it was worth more than every penny.
