If you go for a ball joint, they will sell you control arms. They will say, it will be impossible to do the job without the upgrade. They prefer to use their source for parts because they make upwards of 30% on that brand. Lastly, they will charge you $50 for 2 rags and 1.00 worth of break fluid. My advise, go somewhere else for the same price.

Yep... broken water pump and overheating... Mind you, this GMC 2018 Sierra (fully paid off)... has gotten me completely cross country back in October, 2024... with no issues, not even a scratch... Vehicle is towed to Bob's Service Center at 10 am that day... Not Bob, but Josh... "Let's see, water pump, coolant and belt tensioner assembly need replacing... it'll be ready by two..." Josh was right on schedule... Professional, thorough, and kind... Picked up the vehicle... warranted work for 2 years/24,000 miles... back on the freeway I went... only a few hours delay... but no matter... the vehicle must be reliable... It was... Coldest day in White River Junction... This driver and owner will seek these gentlemen out for future auto repairs... they are simply the best... And kind... They explained everything... She originally went in because she simply needed a flat tire patched. Instead, after taking the vehicle to VIP Tires, they were unable to remove the tire and ended up breaking a wheel stud and lug nut in the process. They then charged her an additional $435 to replace the stud and lug nut that they damaged themselves, claiming it was a 2.7-hour job at $189 per hour. Charging that much for a stud and lug nut replacement, especially after the damage occurred while they were servicing the vehicle, is completely unreasonable. The entire experience was frustrating, overpriced, and left me questioning the way they treat customers who may not have extensive automotive knowledge. I would strongly recommend getting a second opinion and asking for a detailed breakdown of any charges before agreeing to additional work.

Even though the eariest appointment wasnt for a month, he worked me in for that the following week. That next Week they picked up the car from where i work and evaluated the problem, then called me and explained what they had found in a clear manner. They said they could do a same day repair. They did that and returned the car to my work parking spot. They were very personable and responsive. The only not so good thing was that originally on the phone the estimate appeared to be a little over $100 but after the job was done the actual bill was almost $300. The representative did explain this discrepancy in a way that seemed adequate but there was still that big difference between estimate and final bill. Overall i was impressed with their responsiveness, cooperativeness, and thorough ness in dealing with the problem, and i would use this business again. If after going there a few times and there appears to be a pattern of over-charging...i might then write a different review...
