Cold and snowy day... January 22, 2025…read more.. Southbound on the 91outside of White River Junction, VT... sensed a strong odor of antifreeze... pulled into a gas station... Yep... broken water pump and overheating... Mind you, this GMC 2018 Sierra (fully paid off)... has gotten me completely cross country back in October, 2024... with no issues, not even a scratch... Vehicle is towed to Bob's Service Center at 10 am that day... Not Bob, but Josh... "Let's see, water pump, coolant and belt tensioner assembly need replacing... it'll be ready by two..." Josh was right on schedule... Professional, thorough, and kind... Picked up the vehicle... warranted work for 2 years/24,000 miles... back on the freeway I went... only a few hours delay... but no matter... the vehicle must be reliable... It was... Coldest day in White River Junction... This driver and owner will seek these gentlemen out for future auto repairs... they are simply the best... And kind... They explained everything... I do appreciate the thoughtful and thorough approach... A cold day driving with a vehicle failure... could have been made much more difficult... but it was not... it was a beautiful day... Bob's Service Center in White River Junction, VT... seek them out... Be prepared to be satisfied... and at a fair price... Thank you again...

This team keeps both my 1990 Fussy ole Ford and my Subaru in the finest of mechanical condition for a price that is affordable. I even put them out on my Senior camping group so if a repair is needed in NH or VT they know to limp it in, drag it in, tow it in; but make sure you get it to Bobs!

I told our tow truck driver to take the car there thinking it was another place I was familiar with. I had never been to VIP but somehow the branding stayed in my mind. :) They were able to work with us while we were traveling and we are grateful. Their prices are fair and the service was excellent. We needed a battery and they were able to store the car, for a daily fee, until we could pick it up.

Extremely overpriced and unprofessional customer service. The staff was rude over the phone and…read moretook advantage of my girlfriend, who doesn't know much about cars. She originally went in because she simply needed a flat tire patched. Instead, after taking the vehicle to VIP Tires, they were unable to remove the tire and ended up breaking a wheel stud and lug nut in the process. They then charged her an additional $435 to replace the stud and lug nut that they damaged themselves, claiming it was a 2.7-hour job at $189 per hour. Charging that much for a stud and lug nut replacement, especially after the damage occurred while they were servicing the vehicle, is completely unreasonable. The entire experience was frustrating, overpriced, and left me questioning the way they treat customers who may not have extensive automotive knowledge. I would strongly recommend getting a second opinion and asking for a detailed breakdown of any charges before agreeing to additional work.
