Nurse Practitioner Tiffany treated it with BBL, and the results are incredible! One week post procedure, it was so much lighter, and it continues to fade every day. Before the BBL, I could not cover it even with a heavy concealer. Now, wearing only a tinted moisturizer, it is nearly invisible! I am absolutely thrilled with such dramatic improvement from only one treatment! My procedure was done at the Worthington location, which is a beautiful, calming, and clean environment within a lovely historic home. The procedure was comfortable; I barely felt it. Tiffany was kind, helpful, and professional, explaining everything as she worked, which helped me relax. Her positive approach to aging and aesthetics is encouraging, and as a 71-year-old who doesn't want to give up but still wants to be myself, I am adopting the mantra she shared with me: "Aging gracefully with intention." Yes!

I cannot rave enough about this practice and how well they treat you! They are not just a plastic…read moresurgery practice but also aesthetic medicine. I have had two peels done there and it was an awesome experience. They really listen to you and take the time to explain the procedure and expectations. You can tell they really care about you and your outcomes-which is rare these days. They even follow up after your procedure! You can definitely tell they have a passion for excellent service. It's also definitely a plus that you have an actual physician at the practice to assist if needed. I have tried many aesthetic practices and This is by far the best! I highly recommend!!

So I had 4 areas of Trisculpt....upper abdomen, lower abdomen, waist (they go around to get the…read moreback of waist also) and Bra roll....Dr. Miller did the procedure. I realized afterward that that yes....everything around my waist and abdomen area was tingling and felt strange like my skin was peeled off and trying to attach. It was very painful for a few weeks but then just uncomfortable for about 4 months. My bra roll never felt anything.....Sonobello did not do the bra roll...I had a full body corset on for 4 months and I didnt have anything done to the bra roll at all....there was not tingling, bruising, or detached feeling. I pointed this out in 2 separate visits and they tried to skirt around it like the bra roll is not as noticeable as the waist. Then it was we will contact the doctor. Then it was well we can discuss options to do it after your last visit. I dont want it done now. I paid $1795 for the bra roll and received no procedure. I will not ever go throught the horrible 4 months and the 2 months after for a total of 6 months healing again. I mentioned a refund but it was like I asked them to burn the place down. Now I must say that the waist looks pretty good. Im fairly happy with the areas that were done. 7 months now and I still get a bit of tingling in the area that is uncomfortable but since done now- Im happy with the results of the areas taken care of. I just wanted a refund for them missing the area in surgery. I will not ever go thru a procedure like that again ....its just to life limiting for too long. So I will probably get with them again about the refund but Im just saying "be careful- everyone seems nice there- although I wasnt happy with Dr Millers bedside manner but they will charge you for areas and then not follow through". They will want to do that later if its missed but I dont know who can halt their lives for another 6 month healing period. So be diligent and dont let them pull the wool over your eyes. I had the 8 weeks of Venus done for the batwings (under arm crepey area) but even after the last session there was no improvement at all. So there is that also. I am now just trying to build muscle in that area and it is helping but the road is long. I hope this shed some light on some things to look out for when considering Sonobello of Westerville.

READING THIS COULD SAVE YOU OVER $25,000. I've posted MORE details of my experience on Google &…read moreBirdeye for you; not enough room here to describe MY WORST MEDICAL EXPERIENCE EVER. I will always regret my decision to stay in the consult appt. after I told Jamie Bryon that I was scheduled to work 7 days/wk [educating children] & she responded, "Well how is THAT going to work?" in a rude tone & she showed her displeasure of me reading the paperwork. I thought I would only have to deal w/ 1 rude person @ this co. I was wrong. She said I would need lipo on my upper abs. She also claimed that having lipo on my hips "would help with the fullness" in my lower abdomen {my main concern}. Nope. My lower abs still stick out further than my upper abs. DR. GARY BROWNSTEIN called me "OBESE" & YELLED @ me when I didn't have my clothes on during the 1st appt. w/ him. He said, "I'm going to make you look dangerous". HE DIDN'T. At my 1st f/u appt. he also DIDN'T take the tape off of the incisions before he RUSHED OUT to go do another procedure. He DIDN'T tell the nurses to remove it; they DIDN'T remember it from prev. exp. to do it, AND they DIDN'T follow their office protocol when I told them there is a hole in my abd. w/ red drainage. The DR.'s behavior showed my appts. for treatment were an inconvenience to him. He didn't change the abd. dressing 239 times...I did. The DR. was HIGHLY IRRITATED I was asking my questions. He was making condescending & demeaning comments multiple times; so unsupportive. He YELLED @ ME to "STAND UP STRAIGHT!" when I was bent over IN PAIN after the upper & lower abs lipo AND skin removal surgery with 2 INCISIONS - I was there to be evaluated because I had what looked like a white piece of plastic in my abd. I googled some questions to avoid his ire. I didn't know a lot about the procedure; I thought they would tell me everything I NEEDED/wanted to know. THEY DIDN'T. RealSelf.com appeared in my email. There, I found out a pt. should get at least 3 consults (5 is better) WITH SURGEONS to make sure you get the correct procedures performed. The Sono Bello staff & DR. withheld info. about the correct procedure that would have addressed my abdominal issues including it is better for pts. to be within 10-15 lbs of their goal weight before abd. procedures. Some drs. even recommend 5 lbs. Since he used a vertical incision as well as a horizontal incision for the skin removal, the infection got so bad due to their lack of treatment, it made the vertical scar completely open. With 2 x /day dressing changes it took ~ 4 months to close & left an unsightly scar. I couldn't listen to Taylor's song Blank Space without getting upset. I asked DR. B to fix it. He said, "IF IT OPENS UP, YOU'LL BE DEALING WITH ALL THAT CRAP AGAIN!!" I was hoping he wouldn't YELL AT ME AGAIN today. In front of MAGGIE, R.N., (1 of the nurses who didn't remove the tape & who YELLED AT ME @ a previous appt.), he asked me, "Does anyone else see it?" [the scar] in an uncaring tone. Since I pd. for the procedure, I don't think this should matter. I am expecting to get the "best possible result" because this statement is on a paper they gave me signed by DR. BROWNSTEIN. THEY DIDN'T. He has me lie on the table uncovered and says, "WHAT DON'T YOU LIKE ABOUT IT!?!" in an irritated tone. As he is standing to the left of my body, he grabs the bikini bottom garment I'm wearing and FORCEFULLY PULLS THEM DOWN, lower than necessary ~ 6 inches lower than the horizontal scar. He instructs MAGGIE to take a picture, she does not readjust the garment to preserve my dignity. (Again, they are NOT treating me with respect, consideration, and dignity at all times as promised on The Patient Rights & Responsibilities paper they gave me on 6/7/22. The only way I can describe this is EXCRUCIATINGLY UNCOMFORTABLE. He & DONNA seem to hate me. I am devastated that he won't fix the ugly scar [w/ a scar revision], loose skin on my abdomen AND my asymmetrical waist. Before I leave, I ask him for more info. from my chart. He is READING SO FAST, I am having difficulty writing it. He gets to the part that mentions dehiscence & then he says, "You remember dehiscence?" in a taunting tone. I nod yes, trying not to cry. He was standing on my R side & it sounded like he leaned in closer to my R ear when he said it, but I was looking at my notebook trying to write everything he was saying. I was thinking about their Chief Medical Officer, Dr. Christopher Chung's email sent to me on 4/24/22 stating in part, "Each of our physicians is a seasoned expert who cares about your health and satisfaction." During this visit & at other appts., Dr. Gary Brownstein's behavior, words, & tone showed HE DID NOT CARE about my health or satisfaction. Every time I listen to Taylor Swift's song MEAN, I can't help but think of DR. GARY BROWNSTEIN. On 11/26/25, I found out to surgically fix {to get a better result} the condition Sono Bello left me in is going to cost $22,144.00.

For one I believe if you don't "clique" with the certain girls there they'll just let you go. They will be go for "being on my personal phone" (everyone else is on their personal phone), "not paying attention to the material" (I was doing most of the work and the girl who worked a week prior kept being snobby and bossy telling me to let her do most of it) ...so clearly these accusations are false. And I will be suing for wrongful termination. I have worked in call centers for 7 years my highest pay rate was $21/hr...13$/hr you will definitely not survive! I only chose this position because I want to work towards my dream career in botox. Any company you work for provides you with an employee handbook that clarifies dress code, security, company policy, etc. they did not provide that. Nor give any warnings. Not even a write up, a verbal warning, nothing. Which is why I'm stating is very unprofessional and I see why they're rating ja very low and I've seen negative comments about this workplace. FYI I personally had a LIPO 360 + BBL at Goals plastic surgery they're half the price, celebrities go there and they do amazing work check out the photos!!!

Roxy Plastic Surgery far beyond exceeded my expectations. I've been wanting a Tummy Tuck for quite…read moresome time and decided to start searching for the perfect plastic surgeon for myself, I knew i wanted a female and I knew i wanted someone who made me feel special! I found RPS through the power of social media - hello TikTok - and started doing some digging - Dr. Grawe posts majority of her surgeries on her Snapchat - which I thought was pretty cool of her, it shows she is CONFIDENT in her work. I did a virtual consult (hello Covid-19 and being an out of state patient) - Dr. Grawe was through in her explanations of what she suggested (a tummy tuck with some Lipo to my flanks)! I soon booked my surgery and counted down the days. I was contacted by Molly my Patient Care Coordinator and Autum my surgical Nurse who made sure I was all set up for my appointment, had everything I needed, and responded promptly to any question I had, they we're awesome. I checked in for my pre-op appointment - where I was greeted by name and a huge smile. Got instructions about what to do for the next two to six weeks, went over any last minute questions I had and was set to return for my surgery the following day. Dr. Grawe came in and chatted with me - making me feel comfortable and at easy. We took before photos. Marked up my areas. And talked about realistic expectations! I was ready! When I arrived for my surgery Nurse Lindsey greeted me and when over everything that was going to happen that morning, I changed into a robe, completed by HCG / NICOTINE test - which they are very serious about - got my IV in, said "see ya later" to my bestie and woke up a few hours later with my new hot mom bod. I'm so Impressed with everyone at RPS that I would 1000% do my surgery over again and again and again because of how comfortable they made me. I'm still in my recovery phase, but Carlos says I'm doing great! Every interaction I had at RPS was perfect. Everyone is so kind and caring. Dr. Grawe really knows her stuff. She made curves in my body that I didn't even know were possible. People keep asking me if I had a BBL (which I didn't) but because of the Lipo on my flanks it looks like I did! I'm truly thankful for the time she took on my body and for taking the time on me! Also, I saw Casey for lymphatic massages - she was so sweet and kind and really made me comfortable during the massage. If you get the chance to do these here - opt for the 3 sessions They helped so much! I am obsessed and in love with my new body - if you're considering going here - jump on it now! If you're looking elsewhere, don't. THIS IS THE PLACE YOU NEED TO GO. YOU WONT REGRET IT.

I want to bring awareness to this practice once again. Please please please stay away from this…read moreplace if you need major plastic surgery. I had a breast lift full abdonmenplasty and excess skin removed. The surgery was rushed and botched. After months of fighting the practice offered to fix it free of charge with no cost to the surgery center.. I was terrified to do this with him so it took me a long time to make the decision. I am having pain in my implants which were too small and never dropped. They sit in my peck muscle. I told Walter Bernacki that my private area now looks like a ball sack. He had the nerve to imply that I was so fat before we don't know what my private parts looked like. So not only did you perform a botched surgery you then fat shame me in your office. You then want to charge me for another surgery that I shouldn't have had after I paid you $30,000 cash. You still think I should come up with $2,500 to re do what you did. I explained I don't have that money and I feel like I look like a monster... revisions are needed I get that.. but I've had two other Drs tell me this was a poor surgery and I shouldn't look like this. I am begging you go somewhere else if you need to get under the knife of this Dr. If was making payments to his office for years this would have been done correctly. Now I have to go through the legal battle of getting this corrected. I was stupid to pay him up front. And then to be fat shamed. He and his office staff know they did this job wrong. I also had an abscess that formed contacted his office 5 times and I was ignored. I will not back down this time I don't ever want to see anyone else go through what I did. His office may beautiful but his work surely is not. And if I could post before, and after photos on Google, I would. My implants are still sitting like this after 1/10/24. I have been living like this for years and he thinks he did nothing wrong. After reading all of these horrible botched reviews it's scary that he can continue to do surgeries.

However, once placed in the back room, I was left waiting until 11:10 AM--nearly an hour--with no one checking on me, no updates, and no apology. After waiting an hour with no provider interaction, I went to the front desk and requested my copay back, as I had not been seen by a doctor. They returned my cash with no explanation or acknowledgment. As I walked out, the doctor was standing in the hallway casually talking, which made the situation even more frustrating. What added to the issue was that while checking in, I witnessed a couple who arrived 20 minutes late for their appointment still being accepted. Allowing late patients to be seen pushes everyone else back and penalizes patients who arrive on time. If patients are charged or risk cancellation for being late, the same level of accountability should apply when the office runs significantly behind. I previously had bariatric surgery through this practice, and while Dr. Dabbs' surgical skill deserves five stars, the administrative handling and overall patient treatment are unacceptable. Before surgery, patients often feel compelled to tolerate poor treatment to complete required visits. After surgery, that leverage is gone--and experiences like this make it clear why patients don't return. I needed this appointment to review bloodwork and gave this office another chance after more than a year away due to similar issues. Unfortunately, nothing has changed. What is most frustrating is that there is no higher level of accountability--the issue ultimately falls on the doctor himself, and based on this experience, there appears to be little concern for how patients' time is treated. Please keep this in mind when deciding whether to schedule here.
