My problem was choosing the malt extract: "No problem, just pick the lightest." They were a little low on whole wheat berry varieties, but I didn't need anything special. Making me think that I should invest in a mill. They had 00 flour, too.! Completely unexpected. For brewers, the encyclopedic stock of malted grains and yeast, along with brewing apparatus must make this a popular destination.
