You are greeted at the door with a warning about a "buy here smoke here" for use of the lounge. With that said, you don't get a warm welcome and the selection of cigars is OK. You can find Padron and My Father brands among other top line cigars. The pricing is decent so whoever has abused the policy should just be banned from the premises. There is a full bar. The smoke elimination system doesn't function well enough to handle anything beyond 5 smokers.

Instead of standing behind the sale and making it right, they refused to refund my money and tried to push store credit instead. Why would I accept store credit from a business that had already lost my trust? The customer service was dismissive, unprofessional, and made it clear that keeping my money was more important than treating a customer fairly. To make matters worse, the cashier struggled with a basic cash transaction, which only reinforced my lack of confidence in the business. The store itself felt run-down, poorly maintained, and full of outdated, overpriced inventory. The overall atmosphere was unpleasant enough that I couldn't wait to leave. Businesses make mistakes. I've seen several employees here with guns hanging out of the tops of their sweatpants (this was before they were allegedly raided, shut down, and then reopened), which, frankly, I saw coming. They sell glass, a decent vape selection, "water pipes", hookah (mostly gun related designs), hookah accessories, wrapping papers etc. they even used to have a thc slushie machine. Which didn't feel legit and more than likely wasn't legit as its presence was unaccounted for after the alleged raid. They only take cash and run it through a Clover POS system, claiming it's for "inventory management." Odd. Clover isn't meant for inventory management; it's often used by business owners who don't really understand what "effective credit card processing rates" mean and have loose definitions of shrinkage numbers. Overall I give them one Star for the store itself and a second Star for the hustle.
