I see a lot of bad reviews do to shipping and discount code issues. Just to let people know that a lot of these cigar companies will not let you get discount on n there products, it's not Jr fault. You have to read the guidelines and it will tell you what companies do and don't. As for shipping I've never had a problem, I've always gotten my items within 2 to 5 days. Not bad if you ask me, companies used to take weeks. And one more thing some of the deals on here are damn good, haven't seen better ones online yet. Recent order from Jr. cigar. The loose 6 pack they included with my box order has a hole in the first 2 cigars that I've smoked. First order didn't have this problem. But uninjoyable now nonetheless. read more

I was hesitant to order after reading so many bad reviews, but I decided to give them a shot. I ordered online and though it started off a little rough, it became a good experience. My online order would not go through .and the total was not matching. I made a call to the customer service line and the gentleman helped me get through it. After about a 10 minute conversation a problem solving he was able to process my order and apply the special coupon I was trying to use. He also provided me another $20 off on top of it for my troubles. I received my package three days later. Exactly on schedule for the tracking provided. My order was correct, the cigars were fresh and smoked great. I will be ordering from them again. And hope that my experiences continue to be positive as I become a JR cigars member. read more

Very important to everyone reading this.... There is a JR Cigar that primarily operates online and are based out of somewhere out East. That is NOT the same company as this JR Cigar which is local to the St Louis area. Most the reviews on here that are complaining about bad online service and bad online ordering are talking about the OTHER JR Cigar. To my knowledge, this local STL area business doesn't even have online ordering lol. This is a good local cigar shop with helpful and knowledgeable staff. Very fair prices. They even had a bargain bin of closeout smokes at a seriously good price! Great variety. Well staffed with 4 or 5 people. I purchased some Macanudo on the JR website. This was my first time using this site. The purchase occurred on 5/25/20. The product I purchased came with a promotion of extra Macanudo cigars. Shortly after the order I received an email telling me the promotion which was part of my purchase was out of stock. The email said I would receive a credit for the promotion amount. I never received an adjustment to the amount charge to my credit card. I followed up with customer service and sent an email with all the pertinent details and no response. This left me concerned about this company. I am sure they are experiencing a fair amount of volume lately with our current economic situation. The site appears impressive but part of my purchase was the promotion amount. Not receiving part of my order and paying the full price does not seem right to me. Thank you. read more

Awesome selection of cigars! No little closet humidor you walk into, the whole place is a humidor! Great bargain bins too with brand names for low cost. I was promptly greeted when I walked in and asked if I needed any assistance. I took my time perusing the hundreds of cigars, and taking it all in. Found some of my favorite Rocky Patel's! Eric was very helpful and made some great recommendations. He definitely knows what he is talking about. Huge selection of smokes! Entire store is a humidor, and they have it all. Staff was helpful, bought a box of Nubs and they made sure I knew about the premium sampler I can pick out with box purchase. Plus the JR Alternatives are a must have for everyday smokes while my Nubs and Rocky Patel's age a while in the humidor! And did I mention great prices too?!
