We spoke to a rep from EHI and explained our problem, and explained that the work performed was not done properly and some important vents had been covered in our crawl space. Someone came out soon after and half heartedly corrected the vent situation, but again we noticed no improvement in the cold floors. After two conversations with a manager and Mr LaHood, no resolution was offered. No follow up contact was ever made. We will never use EHI again, and in my opinion, would not recommend them as a reliable insulation contractor.

These people are so unethical in their business practices. Ameren used them to install a Nest…read morethermostat they were giving away for free. The installer from PCB came to the house and installed the thermostat. The thermostat had to be hard wired to the furnace to receive power. Less than a week later, the thermostat quit because it was not getting power. I had to call an HVAC person to look at the problem so I could have heat. Outside temp was 20. The wire at the furnace was loose, so the thermostat was getting no power. The fault of the installer. He didn't secure the connection so the wire became loose. PCB states you have to call Nest. Not their problem, when it was their installer who did the connection. The thermostat worked but it HAD TO HAVE POWER. PCB says not their problem. SO UNETHICAL and CORRUPT in their business practices. Beware!

One time I was putting on a new roof with spray foam insulation applied after removal of the old. It was important that they be ready to apply when the roofers were finished removing the old roof. They were perfect. Application was finished and roofers continued to install new roof. Kevin is always deliberate and very good. You can't be anything but very satisfied with the insulation. Very good R value and just as important, any cracks and crevices are sealed. I have had them do 3 projects now and they will do any future projects too.
