From the moment I signed up, I was almost immediately reached out to by a driver from Ziply. He was friendly and politely informed me that his vehicle was too small for the job, but that Matt from dispatching would be searching for an alternate vehicle and would be calling me shortly. All of that happened. Not only was my mattress picked up quickly, delivered professionally, but also, the cost was so much more reasonable than what the "tasker" had charged me. Definitely definitely recommend!!!

Not only did Alan text me after they picked up the shipment and again after they delivered (on time), he even texted me a photo of the boxes at the event. He let me know he was booking about a month out, which was fine since I wasn't in a rush, but he was able to come out the very next morning to assess the job and provide a quote. His pricing was fair, and he was even able schedule the work within two weeks. On the day of the job, he arrived on time, completed everything promptly, and charged exactly what was quoted--no surprises. He and his team worked quickly, were very thorough, and left everything neat. One part of the job involved trimming hedges from my neighbor's yard that grow over my wall. There's only about 18-24" of space between the wall and my pool, but they handled it beautifully without making a mess in the pool. They also cut back a large overgrown Brazilian pepper tree and shaped it nicely. I would absolutely recommend Jorge Salinas Tree Services.
