I'm there all the time HOWEVER, tonight I used the atm which didn't dispense cash yet money was still removed from my account; I mentioned it to the cashier who threw is hands up and was like I have nothing to do with that call the number. So I turn complaining to myself about this machine to hear this person make a snarky comment about how I should stop using the atm. Then when I needed the address he was nasty, spouting it out with such attitude as if I did something wrong! Thanks for the great customer service douche bag! There just aren't enough wonderful things to say about this place. When compared to other…read morepharmacies it's not even close. For instance, I spent over 20 minutes on hold today with CVS just to confirm they had a specific medication in stock because they would have been on the way to another spot in needed to drive to. Instead of waiting any longer I hung up on CVS, called Little Silver Family Pharmacy (LSFP), immediately connected with someone who confirmed their inventory, and then I drove out of my way to go there instead. They're just that worth it. The store pharmacist even helped me with some questions I had and didn't make me feel rushed or uncomfortable about my inquiries. I also noticed that prescription costs are comparable if not cheaper than big name pharmacies anyway, so have switched my whole family to using LSFP instead of CVS and Rite Aid. And this is all without considering their general store - which is awesome! There are so many options there for typical, everyday needs but it's also a great place to go for gifts, too. I'm very thankful we have this resource nearby.

I feel bad even writing this review as I've been a loyal customer since moving here in 2001. No…read moreissues with the store. Lately having issues with pharmacy prescriptions. the automated system said a rx, I'm required to take to keep a steady level in my system, was ready. I called first and found it was not ready and they did not have any. When I say I called i went through a drawn out automated system and got called back. I was then told to call around to find it myself. I asked that they do this and advised I knew they had a central service for these issues. Placed on hold then told they had one of the three boxes in my rx and would have it ready. They did, great. I called a week later to find out when to expect the other two and was told I'd have to wait until March to refill again as they changed the rx without any LICENCED practitioner approval. They had the medication in stock now and said if they still did in March would fill it then. They again argued with me, didn't give me the courtesy of listening and told me to call the insurance company myself to see if they would ok filling the rest of the rx. Their automated system is a mess and states I have rxs ready for pu for drugs I haven't taken in years. They offer zero customer service anymore. I gave two stars as I still appreciate the store and vaccine services. I need to find better. I always wonder how someone older than I manages this type of disservice. It's sad.
