Since I live about two hours away, I had never been to this hospital before and didn't know what to expect. From the moment I arrived, I had an excellent experience. I waited less than five minutes in the waiting room before being seen. Every single person I interacted with was kind, compassionate, and professional. Most importantly, they took my pain and concerns seriously and made me feel heard and cared for during a very stressful situation. I've unfortunately had to visit hospitals before, and I can honestly say this was the best hospital experience I've ever had. Everyone treated me with respect, showed genuine concern, and provided excellent care. I am incredibly grateful to the doctors, nurses, and staff who helped me that day. Thank you to everyone at Watsonville Community Hospital for your kindness and dedication. You made a difficult experience much easier, and I truly appreciate the care I received.
